The team at Indy Hairdressing are always fab... They are friendly, talented and good fun. I always look forward to my appointment and seeing what I look like after my treatment. They are always at the forefront with new techniques and product.... A fabulous way to spend a Saturday morning...!!!

To make a long story short I took my mother in for a treat to get a blow dry I ask ***** to blow dry it curly first as her hair wouldn’t stay curly other wise but ***** rudely told me she had 10 years experience and knew what she was doing .After a minute of arguing with her about this she proceeds to do a straight blow dry relying on the ghd to put the curls in . I am also a ( retired) hairdresser and knew my mother’s hair only to well
I told her my mother’s hair want last 1 hour if you do it like that and low and behold 2 hours later my poor mother didn’t even look like she’d been to the hairdressers needless to say so disappointed and a waste of good money
***** is a nice girl but need to listen to what the customer wants !!! I also got my hair done by Zoe she did a great job after I explained that I also needed a curly blow dry, which she did with no problem

Despite no trainees in as given day off, received lovely friendly service and a great and stylish haircut. Penny always listens to what I want and is very helpful in aftercare advice.

Claire Burmi has been cutting my hair for 15 years and as always it’s spot on and never been unhappy ever . Andrea does fantastic highlights and never gets it wrong ... good value for money .. lovely atmosphere and accommodating on appointments . Cannot be happier and grateful to have consistency ..

I was watching ***** Instagram and thought I would try this salon ***** ruined my hair !!!!! He’s chopped half my hair off on one side !!!! I am so upset !!!! When I look in the mirror I feel like crap !!!! And I feel ugly !!! I have had to cut my hair into a Bob !!!! Because of him !!!! Thanks for nothing !!!! Goodluck to you !!!! Thank you for ruining my hair !!!!

Never go anywhere else for cut & colour. Penny does a fabulous job every time. Always full of friendly , smiling faces. Head massage fantastic too!

As ever, the best haircut and finish from senior stylist Andrea, not forgetting a really good hairwash and scalp massage from the newest junior whose name I didn’t catch.

Dean is currently cutting my hair. His approach is warm, friendly and informative. He is helpful in giving me exactly what I need, working at my pace to ensure it’s what I want and need. Other staff are friendly and helpful. Thanks.

I moved to Indy hairdressers a few years ago and will never go anywhere else. What can I say? They are a fab bunch that know what they're talking about. Always really friendly and my hair looks fab every time I go. Lisa is my hair dresser and she is fantastic. Highly recommend!

Love this salon, I’ve been coming for over ten years, the people are fab, the surroundings are relaxed and the cut is just what is required to look stylish. The only downside is that the head massage can be a bit hit or miss, this mornings not so fab!

Just wanted to say thank you for ruining my hair, you have ruined my confidence and the whole way i look, i cant even leave my hair down because you have ruined my hair, every-time i look in the mirror and at my hair i'm very upset, i asked for no short layers and you have filled my hair with short layers!!!! not only that a huge chunk of hair was cut for a side fringe, hair from the back of my hair was chopped and included in my side fringe now it looks thick and horrible, you have ruined the whole way i look !!!! when you did my hair in the hairdressers it was not noticeable because it was blow dried dead straight its when i got home and washed it a few days later i noticed how my hair was chopped in pieces all of the place and ruined !!!! now it's going to take maybe 1 year to grow as my hair does not grow that fast, good luck to you and your business. I don't recommended this place to anyone Only i know what hell i am going through everyday they have chopped short bits above my ears and they call this layers???? if i asked for long layers why did you chop layers above my ears???? And then not only that cut a whole chuck of my hair to make a horrible fringe, you've made me look like some clown. I hope you are happy taking my money !!! i trusted you with my hair and you ruined it !!!!

I’ve been going to Indys since I was 15 and keep returning. Love the salon and the stylist. Sinead always does a great job and knows to allow extra time with my hair due to its thickness.

Can't tell you how pleased I was! First time I've been genuinely pleased with the result. Fantastic cut even sits better when I blow dry it. I can see why this place gets such positive reviews.
