The only thing I was unhappy about are the pictures on the wall of the main room. They remind me of those you would have expected to see on a calendar in a mechanic’s garage in the 1970’s. I thought the objectification of young women had moved on, unfortunately not.

All staff are very friendly and welcoming, my lady Megan was amazing made me feel very comfortable and did every step of my journey through my hair even washing it. I was given a hot drink and always asked if I needed anything. My colour was fantastic and loved my cut was very pleased. It is very modern and clean inside. Has alot of floors and alot of friendly staff the atmosphere was lively chatty with all stylists interacting with their clients. will be going back and asking for Megan again.

Greeted by staff on arrival as always, a change of stylist today as my regular stylist on leave but Penny very informed by notes left by her colleagues re my cut, colour etc and perfect result. Very happy to just "twerk" where required. Easy lady to talk with no quiet moments thank you Penny.

Indy’s is a great salon, stylish and upmarket as you would expect in city centre but friendly and relaxed like a local salon. All the staff are really friendly and make you feel welcome. Dean my stylist is brilliant, always up beat, honest and down to earth discussions about my hair, what will and won’t work. Never come away feeling disappointed. Competitive prices as well. Totally recommend this place.

I have been using shop since my daughter was baby she is 4 years old now.
She always had hair with Sophie but heard she is not there anymore.
Today experience was completely unexptable had an appointment at 3:30. I have rang at 2:50 and explained that gonna be late for 5 minutes. Walked in been advised by receptionist take seat all over sudden said she want be able to cut your daughter hair unfortunately she is busy also you will have to book an other appointment.i wasn’t very happy with that I have turned around said what about the time I have wasted to come here than other lady was cutting hair she came there and saying I can do it hair cut for him in around 20 minutes.
I had no choice because my daughter was upset so waited there 45 minutes for haircut plus she is not done hair cut properly charged me for £15??
Which I have been paying £12 since 3 and half years.
Well final point is I will not use your shop again plus also I will definitely not recommend to others.

Hair looks great so I’m very pleased

My 4 year old daughter has thick curly hair. Monique did a fantastic job of making her feel special and carefully brushing her hair so it didn’t hurt.... Claudia loves her first proper salon experience x

Absolutely lovley hair sallon. Grate friendly staff. I went on a Saturday and there was a really nice lad working there. Very awesome and polite. Also the manger is awesome.

Monique has styled and highlighted my hair for 18+ years. Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. If you’ve not been you should try it!

Andrea is absolutely superb. She takes care of my cut&colour and they are alway great. Just a wash and blow dry today, but I came out looking fabulous! The girls on the front desk were great too, very friendly. I love coming here.

Since I first step foot in Indy Hair Salon many years ago, I have never went anywhere else. The atmosphere is lovely even on their more quieter days. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I have never had a problem with stylist doing my hair who, on many occasions, always recommended the best option for my hair. I have never been disappointed. I recommend Indy Hair Salon to other peiple.
