Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We're glad to hear that your hair looked and felt better after your visit to our salon. We do apologize for any confusion or inconvenience caused regarding the pricing. We strive to provide transparent and accurate pricing to all of our clients.
Upon reading your review, we have investigated the matter and spoke with our team members involved. It seems that there was a miscommunication regarding the price of your visit. You were quoted £126 for the highlights as they were not standard highlights which are £94 . More work was needed in correcting the colour that you had previously put on yourself , this would take more time and product to achieve the result. You were then advised you would definitely need a Plex and a Toner , along with the cut and finish you required hence the final cost . We are always honest when we do a consultation and always keep notes on what was quoted . This was no different for you when you popped in last thing on a Saturday.
Charlie is a very experienced stylist and colourist , it would never be her intention to deceive any clients . It’s her only intention to give excellent honest customer service at all time hence she is a very popular stylist/colourist.
