I turned 40 this year and had never been for a treatment at a salon in my life. Part of the reason is because I am autistic and have always worried about being in a salon environment. I let Shannon know about my worries, and she was absolutely great! Some people can be very patronising and infantalise autistic people, but Shannon treated me like a regular customer, just with a bit extra care to make sure I was comfortable. I had a brow lamination and lash lift and tint and found the whole thing pretty relaxing. The results are so good and I will definitely be going back!

Lost more than 75% off lashes within 3 days. For the price I paid I expected them to last longer. This service is more pricey than the surrounding areas that give this service, which is fine, but the service Should match. My therapist was professional, but had no customer skills when it came to conversing.

Always get a fantastic service, would not go anywhere else.

Jess cleaned up my nails and got them painted up exactly as I wanted. They always last 3 to 4 weeks which I love.

I came for my first appointment almost 3 weeks ago and my nails were in a dreadful condition due to years of picking them and using hand sanitisers… Jess rose to the challenge though, she’s embarked with me on this journey and she’s been amazing! She was so precise with the application of gel colour even on tiny nails - no spillage of colour whatsoever! - and her hand was very delicate throughout the whole process. I came back today and was amazed by the results I already obtained. It’s just the start of my nail journey, and I’ll be definitely coming back.

Went in for the holiday package, first time in the beauty box shop and I was so impressed. All of the staff are super friendly, a lovely welcoming atmosphere. Emma went above and beyond for my treatments. She made me feel very comfortable throughout my wax/mani/pedi answering all my questions and putting me at ease and just being super friendly and putting the effort in to talk and have a laugh too. The best beauty salon in Leicester, they truly take care of you. Honestly couldn’t recommend more.

My nails were long overdue but Aqwaa took the time to take the old off and replace. She did a brilliant job and even took time to do a little art work on 2 nails. Excellent service

Two little ducks, 22! Jess painted some cute ducklings on my nails. So adorable!
I also got some waxing done which was great as always. Efficient and done with a lovely chat too.

I wanted very full and long look but She did not explain me they don’t do it or she just don’t want the do it I don’t like her job also very expensive for this service £70 pounds and it’s not even volume

I got brow lamination for £35 but the result is worth waaaay less, one. I didn’t get the tint which yes i did choose not to and 2. They are not brushed properly especially my left brow its so messy and i cant brush it properly cause obviously its laminated

I have been getting my nails done by Jess since September 2022 and she is truly amazing. She takes her time with making my nails look gorgeous and is always open to hearing my input on the nails, which always turn out as expected. She makes me feel at ease in the salon and is very warm and chatty. A true gem :)

The massage was so relaxing, really enjoyed it, the oils used were so good, it made me feel so relaxed, definitely will book again, I highly recommend beauty box, for a very relaxing full body massage.
