Happy with service. Reanne is very polite and patient and does an excellent job. I have sparse eyebrows and she is the only person in my 20+ years of trying different salons to get them how I like them and no stinging!!

I thought all the staff at the salon were extremely friendly, there was no judgement on me not having my nails done before. It was easy to pop in and get a quick appointment. Megan explained the aftercare really well and would definitely return

I have been coming to the Beauty Box for around 2 years now. I have been having regular gel nails done by Jodie and then moved on to having eyebrow tint and waxes as well. I recently visited for a back massage and facial which was my first time for these treatments at the salon.
Jodie is a great professional, she is friendly and chatty and it often feels like I am visiting a friend. She knows exactly what she is doing and each treatment has been completed to a high level. I always make sure I book in with Jodie as I know I will leave 100% satisfied.
However, the other girls at the salon are equally as talented and friendly. Everyone there will greet you with a smile when you walk in whether you are booked with them or not. I have had nail repairs and acrylic overlays done by other members of the team before and know full well that if I couldn't get in with Jodie then any of the other girls could do the job to the same high standard.

Lottie, is simply fantastic.

My daughter (teenager) and I, have had a range of treats by Lottie, she’s extremely professional and genuinely cares about her clients - we would highly recommend her.

This was a treat to myself to start off the summer holidays. Saskia did a great job tidying my eyebrows, and then a 40 minute deep tissue massage. I was so relaxed I fell asleep - and my aches are eased. I will be back soon!

My only criticism was having to wait for my therapist for 15 minutes as she was with another client, but I was not in a rush, so it was not a problem.

My experience with Lottie at the Syston branch is always second to none. She provides an excellent service, with a smile & will try to go above & beyond to accomodate my changing schedule to fit me in. Being very particular about my nails, she always makes sure they are perfect & will never let me leave until I'm 100% satisfied with them. Lottie is the only one I trust to handle my skin due to it being very sensitive & acne prone. Her knowledge of skin & the Dermologica range means that I always make sure I am booked in with her. I have had some bad experiences at the Leicester City branch, with my appointments always running late every time I go in & not being fully satisfied with the treatments so having Lottie who is always so professional & attentive means I will always be a loyal customer to her and the Syston branch.

Therapist was lovely but just need skills to paint toes half my toes not even got gel on it ., everything else was amazing just that even my toe nail not evenly filled
