I Felt so welcome as soon as i walked in, everyone was truly lovely cosindering i was anxious about my extremely bitten nails, Emma assured me and she was really nice
I had another lady doing my nails she was lovely too and made my nails pretty and giving me loads of advice

I’ve been in the salon before for lashes & also eyebrow lamination but hadn’t trialled the nails part yet. I’m so glad I came in today as Akwaa slayed with my nails! I showed her a picture of what look I wanted & not only did she achieve a way better version of this for me, her knowledge of what product I may have used on my nails before I came in was unbelievable! Very friendly & such a lovely person to talk to! Her attention to detail is insane! Thank you so much for doing my nails Akwaa! I think it’s safe to say, after trialling so many places, I’ve found the salon I’ll be coming to do my nails at now! Very professional members of staff in the salon! You’re all stars & a real credit to the Beauty Box! Xx

This was my first time getting my lashes done and Shannon was so lovely and made me feel very relaxed I even fell asleep. She was very knowledgeable and explained every little detail of the after care. I will definitely be coming back and recommending Shannon to everyone she did such a great job I'm so happy with my new lashes Thankyou x

Love it! Not my first time at beauty box and definitely not my last, the staff and really friendly and chatty. Akwaa has always been great with my nails and makes me feel so relaxed and pampered every time I go! I wouldn’t get my nails done anywhere else

Got into my appointment straight away and I was early. Macie did just what I wanted and went as far as doing a little extra to make sure everything was as I wanted.

Jess stayed behind to finish my nails as the acrylics took a long time to soak. She didn’t rush at all. I really appreciate her staying longer and I’m so happy with the nails. This is why I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I have been to the beauty box shop on multiple occasions for a variety of treatments: manicures, facials, massages and lash lift/tint. The whole team are very warm and welcoming. I cannot fault the team nor Emma who always makes me feel comfortable. Thanks girls, you are amazing!

I have forgotten what my therapists name was but she did an amazing job, i had a full body wax and i was terrified she put me so at ease and was so kind talked me through the whole thing helped keep my mind occupied gave great advice and made it as painless as possible, constantly made sure i was ok and that the job was done and was just overall wonderful i will definitely come back and would recommend coming here to anyone and everyone

Disappointing visit. Booked in for gel manicure and pedicure, when I arrived I was told they didn’t have time to do the pedicure due to having old gel on - which was not advised when I booked. Gel manicure was disappointing, the French design I wanted I was told they didn’t have time for even though the pedicure was cancelled. It was rushed and the colour didn’t match the colour card. Gels have starting to peel only 4 days after. Poor customer service and a poor result.
