Akwaa was lovely and patient whilst I took an age to decide what I wanted on my nails. She gently guided me and offered her opinion when I asked. My nails look amazing. I will got back to Beauty Box again.

I could not fault Macie. I always book her for my nails and I’m always happy with the results. Last time she did almond nails for me which I’m not used to and loved them and I usually go for pinks and nudes but today I went out of my comfort zone and went for A pale blue and honestly they are beaut! Thank you Macie have a wonderful Bank Holiday and Easter x

Could not fault Saskia she did a great job but I would say it's an expensive treatment with the additional £10 for gel nails. Not something I can afford on a regular basis sadly.

Saskia is amazing! Super talented and just all round lovely. Would 100% recommend.

Visited for my nails for my daughter's wedding. Really happy with the results (thanks Akwaa) and the salon has a nice friendly atmosphere, with staff making effort to help me chose the right colour for my outfit

I visited today to have my Gel Nails removed as I was struggling to do this myself. Shanon did a wonderful job of it, taking time and care to do a very relaxing and thorough remove and tidy on my nails, which I was very pleased with. Would hesitate to use this service again.

Great service, with really good advise that’s right for the customer and not about trying to make money out of you! Really professional team that make you feed comfortable so glad I’ve found this place! Confident that will not any harmful or damaging treatments specifically my nails!

I love how Akwaa does my nails, they are always soooo beautiful. I also love how she engages the whole salon in conversation. The atmosphere is very friendly and nice,you may feel like you are visiting a good friend.

I think this is the best manicure I’ve ever had. Not just the application, but the fact that Akwaa really tidied up my cuticles without leaving any ragged edges or sore/dry skin. They look really good.

Really enjoyed getting my nails done today, lovely staff, friendly and talkative - will definitely be coming back. Loved my nails as well can’t wait to see what I get next time!!

Firstly, oh my god, I kept calling Emma Grace so I am so so sorry! I have no idea why I thought that was your name! Not once did you make me feel uncomfortable but you explained the process to me so clearly & step by step. You also gave me good advice & allowed me to make my own choice with my brows as it was my first time getting them laminated. It was really nice talking to you & once again I am so sorry for calling you a completely different name! Amazing customer service & an absolute laugh to talk to!

I loved coming here, the staff we so friendly and welcoming! Shannon was brilliant with my treatment - so patient and lovely, despite my eyes fluttering loads! I did a walk in and had nails gel and pedicure. Attention to detail and the relaxing nature of the saloon was brilliant . Def coming back for some more tlc

Macie did a brilliant job on my gel nails. Absolutely love them

Lovely lady, although I didn’t get the treatment that I had originally booked - pro spa express manicure with ombré finish. Ended up having a French manicure as the lady was not trained in ombré. This was ok but on inspection the quality of the manicure was lacking as the white tips and nail shape were uneven. The finish and attention to detail was not up to standard, I don’t love the way they look sadly.

Always a great service and my nails look fab. Can recommend Saskia - she’s great ☺️

Fabulous! I was recommended by a friend and I am so glad to have visited Beauty Box. Absolutely love my nails. Emma was lovely. Extremely professional and very thorough but very kind and friendly too. Would definitely recommend a visit.
