Won’t lie I usually hate the whole salon experience but from the moment I walked in everyone was friendly and welcoming. Saves did the colour, Remi did the cut and I was thoroughly looked after by Jayden. So happy with it all, can’t wait for my next visit.

The salon is COVID safe, staff throughout are friendly, knowledgeable and skilful in equal measure. My whole experience was predictably enjoyable and relaxing in the knowledge that my hair cut was in impressively talented hands.

Was really nervous before my appointment as I have only ever been to the same salon before! Yasmin was fantastic, put me at ease and the result was gorgeous. She did an amazing job on my blonde - ashy and blended brilliantly!

Joseph was so lovely! He took his time and cut and blow dried my hair beautifully, I was so pleased with the end look as I had quite a bit off (it was mermaid waist length down to just above shoulder length). Was so lovely to see him take care even though the whole thing took about an hour and a half, and it was 19:50 by the time he finished, but he didn’t rush at all! (Also had a nice lady who did the hairwash and welcomed me into the salon - thank you!) Overall salon was lovely and really friendly environment, was my first time, will definitely come back again. Thank you!

Joseph has done really good job with my hair and took his time to make sure it was perfect. My hair can be difficult to work with due to the length but he managed no problem. Definitely recommend Yan in Leicester for haircuts.

Savas gave me a lovely party hairstyle with lots of tumbling curls. They lasted really well and everyone commented on how much they liked it!!

Alicia and Nadia worked an absolute miracle on my lockdown hair. The colour is amazing such a transformation and the cut turned out exactly how I wanted it to be (which never happens elsewhere!!)

Great haircut, Yasmin is very talented and always makes me feel special.

From start to finish my service was amazing, nothing was too much and I left feeling and looking 100 times better. Everyone was so attentive and the atmosphere was so authentic. Sav was brilliant very accommodating but also gave great advice which resulted in my end result being perfect!

Joseph is amazing, he is extremely easy to communicate with, and also has a great taste of hair art. I showed him a pic of the style I liked and he precisely got it for me. Can’t be more satisfied. Highly recommended!

I am always given excellent advice as to how to have my hair styled and also how to look after it in between my visits.

I have always worn my hair in a sharp inverted bob and due to Covid I decided to let it grow past my shoulders and I was somewhat nervous about going back to my shorter style. This was my first visit to Yan and Sav did not disappoint. After a chat around what I wanted and how I was feeling, Sav worked his absolute magic and created the style I wanted. He is a true professional and to say I am thrilled with the end result is an understatement. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Amazing customer service!! I’ve had issues with hair loss recently which has been quite stressful, she was very kind and helpful and made me feel comfortable and gave me great recommendations also on what products etc would be beneficial for my hair. Will definitely be returning!!

Yan continues to be considerate over my Covid anxiety, this includes a 7:30am appointment! Hair looks amazing, comfortable,, easy to manage style which suits me.

Hair looks great now, Sav cut and highlighted it just as I asked for. Good service.

Had a great experience when I visited the salon today. Felt all social distancing/ Covid procedures had been taken into account, even though we’re in a strange situation right now, the atmosphere was still friendly and welcoming.
