Alicia was ver friendly and easy to communicate my styling ideas to. And I got exactly what I wanted for my hair cut. The salon is very well sanitised and make you feel safe to have a haircut in when there is a pandemic out there.

I have been going to Yan's salon for years and have always found the staff to be lovely, professional and excellent at their jobs.
Today I had my hair cut and coloured by my usual stylist Remi. I don't actually need to request my hair to be done in a particular way, because Remi knows what to do better than I do! Her suggestions are always spot on and my hairstyle and colour last longer after her fantastic care than any hair salon I have been to previously. Remi is always really friendly and bubbly and it's a real treat to have my hair done by such a brilliant stylist. . Thank you so much Yan and Remi and I hope to see you in another few weeks, lockdown permitting. Take care and keep safe all.

My stylist was Bella and she put my mind at ease and took time in listening and giving me advice on my hair. The lady washing/massaging my head initially really made me feel relaxed & that alone i would pay double for & to top it off Bella made my hair look & feel amazing. Thank you

It was my first time having my hair done at Yan. Loved the calm and nature-loving ambience and the ethos begins Yan. Nadia did such an amazing job with my hair which was in a very bad condition. She was very patient and took her time on my hair which I very much appreciated. I think I have found my new favourite go to hair salon!!

Blondes can be tricky and Nadia always nails it. She always does excellent work and I’m always leave happy and feeling great. She’s consistent and pays attention to detail which is important to a picky client like me.

I arrived on time and waited outside as instructed. Danielle immediately brought me into the salon and asked that I place my jacket into a bag which I kept with me. Everyone was wearing a face mask and visor. The salon was very clean and tidy and appropriate social distancing measures were in place. The salon has lost none of its friendly professional environment and I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. I have no hesitation in recommending Yan’s to anyone.

Well what can i say.... always been happy with my hair when Yasmin gets to work. Obviously going for a more daring style she was great. Good advice and a brilliant hairdresser... also a nice person to chat to.

I have never had an unsatisfactory haircut in all the times I have visited Yan" s salon. The staff are highly professional with the ability to know just how much chat clients want! I have never had a disappointing hair cut and I would recommend the salon highly

I hadn't been to the hairdresser for well over a year but after meeting Sam on Queens Road (I accosted her actually to ask where she had her hair done because I thought she looked fabulous, with wonderful hair) and with her delightful, warm personality, she confirmed that she worked at Yan's. I wasted no time and booked with Sam immediately ... absolutely no regrets whatever.
One reason I was interested in Sam doing my hair was because she used the word "creative" (which is what I was looking for) and this turned out to be true. She IS creative!
I received a combination of her expertise in hairdressing, colour and cut, together with her guidance, direction and explanation at every stage of the process, which she interpreted SO well. I felt she was designing my hair for me as an individual but at the same time, as my mother's Carer, she took into account my need for the style to be low maintenance. This she managed to achieve so cleverly and I am extremely grateful.
Everyone was delightful throughout my visit to the salon, welcoming me in the friendliest way without being intrusive. At this time of uncertainty, those of us who might be of an anxious disposition under more normal circumstances, may find that more recently, our anxiety has become more exacerbated. This was another reason why it was such a joy to receive such lovely care and attention under what for them, indeed any salon right now, must find difficult to accomplish but they managed it brilliantly, adhering to the rules of protection with every thought to detail.

Absolutely fantastic cut by Joe, he spent a lot of time listening to what I wanted and the end result looks great and as I wanted it. Very happy with the service, how friendly ?Joe was and the outcome.

I came to Yan after my hair colour got destroyed by a different salon. It was a bit of a challenge but Robert did an amazing job! I am absolutely delighted with the result. Highly professional service and also very thoughtful and caring.

The salon feels calm and organised. There is good spacing and everything is spotless . Each area is cleaned as you move on. It is nice to have your stylist looking after you throughout. The usual cup of tea would be nice! You can’t have everything though. I felt really good when I left at the end of my appointment.

As usual it was a pleasure, & Nadia listened well. Hair cut excellent . New recruit chatty !

Loving my hair. Service was perfect as ever, considering the restrictions all are working under.

Today I got a balayage done from the lovely Nadia, she was so helpful and friendly. I will defo be returning! My hair came out Better than expected I am so happy with the results.

I'm so happy with my post lockdown hair which was a big chop and a new colour! Joseph was friendly, very thorough with his cut and styling and clearly loves what he does! Fab job, thanks again :)
