Yan Hair

The welcome to the salon was very good and I was offered a drink straight away. There was a bit of a problem with the hot water, but Rob suggested an alternative. The stylist did a good job of the cut, shame she didn’t ask how I wanted it finished so she did it the same as it was when I went in. Overall pretty good but not quite up to the usual fantastic standard.

Really enjoyed my visit to Yan today! Gorgeous hair wash with back massage chair! Joseph cut and styled my hair, really pleased, great friendly staff, can't wait for my next visit, thank you Joseph!

Once again, I’ve been treated to a fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in I could feel the stress of the week drifting away. The atmosphere is really lovely - all of the staff clearly enjoy working together, which makes Yan Hair feel like a ‘family’. As for the result, I’ve honestly never been disappointed. Such thought and attention is put into both my style and colour and I get lots of comments from friends, colleagues & family.
I’ll return time and time again, because I know I can guarantee a fantastic result.

Excellent as usual

Following a recent disappointing haircut, I today left Yan's feeling very happy with my new 'do'. Rob listened to my thoughts and ideas, offered suggestions and the end result was as expected and hoped for. Great customer service all round from the salon. Thank you!

Just came back from living in London and needed to find a good hairdresser so seeked out Yan online and booked appointment. A little apprehensive at first but was not disappointed. My hairdresser called Kiai who is not on the list was amazing from start to finish. As soon as I arrived I felt warmly welcomed she took time out to listen to what I wanted and definitely delivered excellent service throughout and gave some very good advice. All staff were friendly and a felt thoroughly relaxed and pampered. So far the best Hair Salon I have experienced!!! So don't hesitate book you wont be disappointed!!!

Very busy that day so running a little behind but very good service as always. Remi is friendly, professional and excellent at her job. Would always recommend her, though was also happy with other hairdressers while she was off on maternity leave.

Good location if you don’t want to visit one of the more pricey salons in town. Greeted with a smile, no unnecessary waiting around. Savas took into consideration my thoughts on style. Junior member of the team well taught on how to properly wash/conditioner hair. Savas professional & friendly. Delighted with end result.
