Lovely hair shampoo and massage. Very comfortable with addition of a towel on the basin to support my neck. Very thoughtful. All in all, very pleasing!

Danielle and Nadia were fab . They made time for a full hair consultation and did not make me feel rushed at all.

Bella was reassuring and helpful with me. I had 14 inches cut off for the Little Princess Trust and she supportive and gave me a great result. She cut my hair so perfectly - that’s not easy when it’s so thick!

I have been having my hair done at Yan’s for many years. It is always a great experience with professional staff, a lovely atmosphere, and efficient service. The hair colouring and cut is always excellent and everyone is very friendly. I particularly like the post wash head massage and the copious cups of tea.

Had a long discussion with Bella about the colour. She had great ideas and I love the results. It’s lovely to just be able to escape for a bit and there’s a wide choice of magazines and drinks.
Also really liked the cut with Yan who listened to how I felt about my last cut and came up with a choppy bob which will be easy for me to style.

Danielle has coloured my hair this morning, she understood what I wanted and delivered! I’m really pleased with the result. I’m also delighted with the excellent way Kaia dried and styled my hair afterwards.

Bella is a very friendly, knowledgeable and professional stylist who always makes my hair look fabulous,. The salon itself is lovely and has a very welcoming team and atmosphere. I also love the Aveda products that are used.

Yan can take two comments, 'i want it more choppy' and 'the fringe mustnt be pudding bowly' , and turn them into a new style for spring that pleases me well - all the while keeping up a lively conversation that makes the whole experience pure pleasure.

Another excellent cut from Rob he is the only hairdresser in Leicester that can cut a short choppy Bob it is so easy to look after .

I went for a cut and blowout and decided to have a treatment. All went well. The treatment made my hair hydrated and smooth. The head massage was nice and relaxing. I’m really happy with my cut and finish. My stylist (Nadia) seems to really understand my hair and how I like it finished

Danielle is the first person since I moved to the UK that seems to understand what is right for my hair. She listens to what I want and guides me with her knowledge. The Salon itself is welcoming, bright and lovely! Can’t recommend Danielle and the Yan Aveda Salon enough :)

I'd highly recommend seeing Bella at Yan Hair. I go every couple of months. It's easy to book in and I'm always reliably happy with the cut. I have short hair so if there is anything amiss it can really ruin your day, this is why I don't visit anywhere else and stick with Bella now.

I have just had a cut and blow dry at Yan’s and all the staff were great. I love my haircut too.
Also loved the head massage and massage chair whilst having my hair washed.
