Yan hair salon never fails to delight. I always walk out with a great look and this time was no exception. I’d been growing my hair long but now was the time for a fresh look and Robert most definitely delivered. An ‘on point’ graduated bob straight from the West End. Lots of lovely compliments already.
Colour also done by Bella, who really knows what’s best for my hair and brings it back to life from my natural mousey/grey. Thanks both, it’s a great look and worth every penny.

I live in Coventry and don’t drive so it’s an absolute nightmare go get into Leicester! However - Rob and the salon are defiantly worth the journey. The staff are very professional and friendly. I always look forward to the comfy chairs for the hair wash that I’ve only experienced at top end salons. The staff is very considerate and will always cater to your needs. Rob...He’s an absolute gem! He listens, discusss, reflect and never claims knowledge! He takes his time to understand your hair and your personality. I enjoy discussing products and treatments with him because his conclusions are always based on evidence and logic. He will never recommend something you don’t need. I never feel pressured to buy products or pay for extra services. I just wish the train journey wasn’t so painful!

Both times I’ve had my hair cut at Yan I’ve absolutely loved it, the service is amazing and everyone is so friendly! Bella totally knew what I wanted with my hair and was really encouraging with the length and style and was just lovely! With my loyalty card I got a really good discount so it was great value too.

The whole experience from start to finish was first class - hair washed and head massage by Martha was very relaxing with a atmosphere to match followed by a very professional style and cut by Robert the attention to detail and service is the best I have experienced in Leicester

Had Samantha today, really lovely woman and excellent customer service, makes me feel so comfortable and is really chirpy. Cut my hair, dried it and styled it with curls. Very happy with the service.

Went somewhere arty the next day where 3 different people immediately said 'you're looking really well'. I think thats mostly the haircut but also the sense of wanting to live up to it by finding something interesting to put on - that its not vanity but part of the theatre of life to look interesting
