Have been coming here many years! Always a pleasure. Yan and the team remain highly skilled, and there is always a new innovation of some kind.

Olivia did a good job. She listened to what I said about how I like to have my hair cut.
The washing and especially the conditioning of my hair (massage) was professional.

Fabulous communication- was a website booking and a tendency to guess at what treatment I wanted but Danielle took time to listen to the look I wanted the colour and style and gave it to me - every step was explained and she advised me as to what in her experience would suit me - super pleased.

As always a lovely relaxing experience -all the staff are great, friendly and helpful. Can’t fault the service at all! It’s always a pleasure to see Danielle, so experienced and always an excellent result whether just a cut or a colour.

Danielle was so thorough and ensured she fully understood my vision for my colour and style today. She was lovely to chat to, and has truly given my hair the life it needed! She was really educational as well, ensuring I knew how to upkeep and manage my hair but never came across as patronizing. The salon is so relaxing and friendly, and I felt well treated throughout! Thank you so much!

Remi is a such a brilliant hair stylist! I don't have to say much about what I would like to do with my hair, Remi is full of ideas and just knows exactly what will suit me in terms of styling, cuts, highlights etc.
Remi is a lovely person too, always bubbly, smiling and chatty, so it's a pleasure to have her as my stylist.
I love that Yan's uses Aveda products, as the colour is so much better and lasts longer than most of the brands that other salons use.

I visited Robert at Yan Hair for the first time with my 3 month old. I showed him a picture of how I’d like my hair to be styled. Rob exceeded my expectations whilst providing advice and support throughout the appointment on how to look after my hair postpartum. He took his time and told me after how much he had enjoyed styling my hair. I wanted to thank you Rob, you’ve made me feel like a new women.
