I look forward to my visits to Lisa at KH. No waiting about, just gets on with it and knows how to make my hair look its best. So professional and I always come out feeling great.

The stylist suggested a quieter setting so that my 14month old wouldn’t get distracted. What a great idea I never woujd have thought that so I would say the stylist really thought about this and she was fantastic! Knew exactly what I wanted for my sons first haircut because I was nervous!

Cate is a great stylist bur also very friendly, amenable and helpful in trying to accommodate my ever changing appointment times, due to circumstances at home.
As always, I came away from the salon feeling rejuvenated. Cate washed my hair and gave me a lovely massage. The cut and blo dri are perfect, as always!
I really enjoy coming to the salon, everyone is so welcoming and it's like being part of a lovely family.

Gemma did a wonderful job of colouring my hair. I've been a customer since 1986 so that should tell you how good they are!! As usual, they are all friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them.

As always, a first class cut and colour by Sheralynne. I always leave the salon with a new head of hair. I had a wonderful backwash and hair massage by Lucy which left me feeling re-energised.

Was really happy that I was able to be booked in so last minute for a saturday! My hair was looking really brassy and dull and I was so happy with the final colour done by Lucy! She’s really talented and styled it amazing. I never get compliments on my hair as it’s always very samey but since then I’ve had loads x

I love going to KH Loughborough to get my hair done by Cate. She is an expert in colour, cutting and styling. She takes time to listen but gives her creative advice which I am happy to trust. I came away from the salon today feeling relaxed, refreshed and extremely happy with my colour and style. She is patient and very helpful in trying to sort my appointments out, which due to home circumstances, have to change frequently. Thank you Cate for making my life easier!
I must also mention Cherise, who shampooed my hair and gave me a lovely head massage.

Excellent as usual - prompt and efficient.

This was the first time I’ve had my hair put up for a special occasion and I was delighted with Sheralynne’s creation! In order to make this the best experience, Sheralynne had advised me on hair accessories and how to prepare my hair on previous visits to the salon so it all went perfectly on the day. Thank you, Sheralynne- I felt a million dollars and got so many compliments!
