Good hair cut

Went to KH Hair Loughborough yesterday.
Fabulous new salon. Friendly efficient staff and a great hair cut. Thank you Cate.

Cate worked her magic again! I had a cut and new colour and am delighted with the result. All the staff are professional, yet friendly, and as always I found it to be a relaxing experience, in a clean and stylish saloon. I love going as I feel so special after a visit.

Sheralynne is amazing at her job and takes such care with her clients. I always love the results and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
The salon is constantly cleaned, with careful measures in place which meant I was made to feel very safe.

As always, lovely cut and looked after very well.

Brilliant hair cut as usual the cut is so good it lasts for weeks longer than expected .

Even when I got my appointment time wrong and turned up half an hour late. Nothing was too much trouble - another perfect haircut! The safety aspects in place made me feel extremely safe as a person that is clinically vulnerable.

As always, friendly, caring. Hygiene excellent, also haircut.
Not advised about colour services because Sheralynne knows I’m not going to colour my hair

Lisa provided professional advice to colouring of my hair. Also, hair wash is very comfortable.

I love my visits. Not only does Sheralynne cut and colour my hair perfectly, I leave feeling refreshed and happy. I like the friendly, comfortable atmosphere and feel safe with all the COVID guidelines they have in place.

As usual a great experience in every way. Had dry trim and Sheralynne took time and did it exactly as I wanted it. Receptionist and hairdressers all so friendly and welcoming. Always enjoy my visits.

I had a great cut and semi-permanent colour. I'm delighted with the result. The staff were very friendly, the new salon is very clean and bright. I was happy that social distancing measures are still in place.

Have just written a review but forgot to add that all hair products used in the salon are premium quality. Wella SP. Whole range to cover shampoo, conditioner, mousse, sugar lift spray, hair spray etc. This all adds to the luxury experience. You can also buy these in the salon. They may seem expensive compared to supermarket brands but they are good value because they do last a very long and are really kind to hair and scalp, so very economical in the long run. You can mix and match shampoo and conditioner to suit your hair type. I wouldn't use any other products on my hair. Quality wins every time.

Cate worked her magic again! I had foils, cut and blow dry and as usual, it looks great. Cate doesn't rush you and makes sure she knows what you are hoping for, but also makes creative suggestions. It was a relaxing experience in a stylish, very clean salon.
All the staff are friendly, helpful and professional,, and I love going there as I always feel better after a visit!

I always find a visit here enjoyable. Today I have a lovely young lady for wash and my favourite head massage. Lisa gave me a very god cut. I had to change to Lisa when my previous stylist left. After just one visit I knew my hair was in good hands. The cut makes my hair more manageable at home.

Sheralynne had been my hairdresser for many years until we moved out of the area 2 years ago. Since then, I have failed to find anyone else who can style my hair as expertly as she can.
Well worth the journey from north Derby to Loughborough for an excellent cut, colour and “catch up”!

Great cut as usual, absolutely no complaints - but this salon took the trouble to ring and ask if we were ok, or had something happened to cause us to be late., when a mix up caused us not to arrive on time. Then offered us another appointment same time the following week. Really good service, personally and professionally!!

I had some pink on my highlights which looked nice but did not stand out like my blonde. I think for this reason I didn't get the usual comments of praise I normally get from complete strangers.

It is always a pleasure to get my hair done by Cate at KH Hair, Loughborough. She never rushes you and always checks what you want doing before she starts. I had a cut and blo dry and it was absolutely perfect. It made me feel happy and younger! The products she uses are first class too.
I also had my hair washed and massaged by a delightful young apprentice, who was very professional in her approach (sorry I don't know your name).
The salon was very clean too and the ongoing covid precautions are very reassuring.
I can't wait for my next appointment!
