I’ve been a client at KH Loughborough for 35 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Justine has become not only my regular stylist, but a friend over the years and always gives a professional and quality cut. Just also want to mention Ruby, who did the most beautiful updo for me for a wedding! It had so many wonderful compliments, thank you so much, Ruby! Would highly recommend this salon to everyone, nothing is too much trouble.

Cate is a great stylist. She never rushes you and as well as giving advice, she cuts and styles my hair perfectly every time.
I enjoyed having my hair washed by Grace who did a really good job.
Jule the receptionist was also very friendly, helpful and patient with my requests.
The products used in the salon are premium quality and you can really tell the difference. I wouldn't use anything else at home now. It's so handy to be able to buy them at the salon.
Covid precautions are well maintained and the salon looks spotless.
I always feel better after a visit!

Cate worked her magic again! I had a cut and new colour and am delighted with the result. All the staff are professional, yet friendly, and as always I found it to be a relaxing experience, in a clean and stylish saloon. I love going as I feel so special after a visit.

Sheralynne is amazing at her job and takes such care with her clients. I always love the results and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
The salon is constantly cleaned, with careful measures in place which meant I was made to feel very safe.

Even when I got my appointment time wrong and turned up half an hour late. Nothing was too much trouble - another perfect haircut! The safety aspects in place made me feel extremely safe as a person that is clinically vulnerable.

As always, friendly, caring. Hygiene excellent, also haircut.

As usual a great experience in every way. Had dry trim and Sheralynne took time and did it exactly as I wanted it. Receptionist and hairdressers all so friendly and welcoming. Always enjoy my visits.

I had a great cut and semi-permanent colour. I'm delighted with the result. The staff were very friendly, the new salon is very clean and bright. I was happy that social distancing measures are still in place.

Have just written a review but forgot to add that all hair products used in the salon are premium quality. Wella SP. Whole range to cover shampoo, conditioner, mousse, sugar lift spray, hair spray etc. This all adds to the luxury experience. You can also buy these in the salon. They may seem expensive compared to supermarket brands but they are good value because they do last a very long and are really kind to hair and scalp, so very economical in the long run. You can mix and match shampoo and conditioner to suit your hair type. I wouldn't use any other products on my hair. Quality wins every time.

Cate worked her magic again! I had foils, cut and blow dry and as usual, it looks great. Cate doesn't rush you and makes sure she knows what you are hoping for, but also makes creative suggestions. It was a relaxing experience in a stylish, very clean salon.

I always find a visit here enjoyable. Today I have a lovely young lady for wash and my favourite head massage. Lisa gave me a very god cut. I had to change to Lisa when my previous stylist left. After just one visit I knew my hair was in good hands. The cut makes my hair more manageable at home.
