Seats too low in shampoo area and I am quite tall and uncomfortable.

So many times I have been asked to write a review and so many times I haven’t as I thought that the fact that I have been coming to Lisa for nearly 20 years would be testament enough. But after my visit yesterday, I realised that may not be the case.

Of course Lisa is a true expert in her field. But what keeps me coming back? It’s Lisa! She knows me. She knows what I like. She takes the time to listen, to advise on colour changes - and knows when I may ask for something a little different- it may not always be what I want. So she works hard to understand what I am really after! . A trip to the hairdressers for many women is a bit of downtime, an experience to enjoy and this is exactly what I receive at Keith Hall.

Sherlynne knows my hair better than I do. I always leave the salon feeling amazing, does a great job, I never have any complaints. Thank you as always ☺️

Lisa is very professional hair dresser

There are several rooms in which clients can be seen which often means you are the only client in a particular room which feels much safer than crowded salons. Well done Loughborough KH- continuing to keep their clients safe. Usual high standard of hair colouring and styling as always

Another lovely visit to the salon found it very relaxing being in a smaller room. Sherylyn is a wonderful hairdresser always happy with my hair and the attention i am given.

I always feel pampered when I visit and today was no exception. Sheralynne is so good at what she does, a total professional, but manages to make everything feel very easy and relaxed.
I had a wonderful head massage by Grace whose customer skills are spot on.

Excellent service in every way - lovely shampoo and condition; usual wonderful cut by Cate who somehow styles my hair just as I’d want even though I can’t explain it to her properly!

One small issue…. when I arrived at the salon at 9.40am, there was a lady waiting outside the door saying she couldn’t get in for her 9.45am appt - same time as mine with Cate. I tried the door and also found it wouldn’t open! Someone then came to the reception desk and mouthed at us to PUSH HARD! So I did but it was still very difficult to finally open the door! Could the door be “oiled” or something to make it easier to open? This lady was kept waiting outside on the pavement and, until I arrived, believed that no-one was there and salon was shut as she couldn’t push open the door.

Had a lovely relaxing visit to the salon. Sheralynne cut my hair so I’ll be able to grow it for an up-do for a wedding next year. Having seen Sheralynne’s work in this area I’m really excited about it! (The colour services advice doesn’t apply to me as I’m happily natural grey!)

Once again I’m very happy with my cut and colour from Sheralynne. A very talented stylist who I trust implicitly!
The hygiene and covid safety standards are still being strictly implemented which is also reassuring.

Excellent for both as usual ! Very busy without a Saturday receptionist, but coping well - even when one of the trainees went home, and someone turned up for an appointment which was actually on Tuesday! Still carried one, giving good service to their customers - well done! Not necessary to ask re colour - know I don’t want it.

Had another lovely experience at KH Hair Loughborough. Cate always listens and makes sure she knows what you are looking to achieve from the visit. My cut, blo dri and foils/colour were just perfect and I am very happy with the result.

The salon is very calm, stylish and clean. A great place to relax.

I met Joanne the receptionist for the first time and she was very pleasant, friendly and helpful.

Altogether, a lovely team of people who offer great service.

My second time visiting KH hair for a wash and blow dry. Super friendly, never feel rushed. Sherylanne did an amazing job creating curls which remain in place for a few days. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending the salon and look forward to returning.

Although I was late for my appointment the staff were very considerate and understanding even though it was an error on my part. They got me sorted, and never rushed my hair wash, cutting and styling. Justine worked her magic on my hair as always. Very professional and caring Staff, I've never been late for an appointment and so they were concerned and rang me, I thought I had 15 mins until my appt, but in reality I was 15 late! Thank you so much ?
