Cate has cut my hair for more years than I can remember. I would never go anywhere else.
Great haircut in a lovely new salon with friendly helpful staff.

Had another relaxing experience at KH Loughborough. It's therapy and pampering all in one!
Cate is so attentive and I am always pleased with the cut and the way she blow drys my hair.
The service is professional and friendly from start to finish. Julie the receptionist is very patient in making my future appointments and the young apprentice (sorry I don't know your name) gave a great shampoo and perfect head massage. Another bonus is the range of good quality hair products to buy. I wouldn't use anything else!

Love my hair. Purple with blonde highlights, cut short and sassy.
Sat outside a cafe the following day and a woman came out and said 'I just have to say how amazing your hair is.' Now you can't get a better complement than that. Well done Cate.

As always I received a good cut and blow dry. I have been attending this salon for over 5 years and always receive wonderful service.

Really happy with the results. I had a cut and highlights and love both the cut and colour. Cate is expert at creating exactly what you want and never disappoints. Really relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Can't recommend highly enough. I always look forward to my visits.

Another 6 wks flown by and in need of a trim from Cate who worked her usual magic on my hair. Arrived with my hair looking rather dishevelled and left with my hair looking lovely!
As always, a lovely welcome from the team who greet me as a friend - it’s so nice when your face is recognised and you feel so comfortable and at home.

Hairdressing in a heatwave must be tough, but the salon was lovely and cool. Really enjoyed the whole salon experience. Keeping the masks and other Covid procedures going is the right thing for the safety of all. Very pleased with my hair and good to chat with Sheralynne as always.

Great to have hair done in this weather - was going to let it get much longer, but decided to go for shorter, but ready to go longer in winter ( which is probably next week!!) very well shaped cut - and relief to feel breeze again!

As always Sheralynne has cut my hair exactly as I asked for. I have tried many barbers for convenience but none can beat Sheralynnes cut amd styling.

The new salon is really nice, all of the salon staff were polite and helpful, Jenny did a great job with the colour and lisa did an excellent job of restyling my hair - would highly recommend.

Excellent service yet again. Absolutely love my colour and tonner to become a golden blonde again. Sheralynne has really looked after my hair after going from purple to blonde again. My hair is in excellent condition now.

This is my second visit to the new salon and its a really lovely environment to get hair done. The receptionist Julie and apprentice are so friendly and helpful and I always feel welcome. Cate never rushes you and makes time to understand your requirements. She colours, cuts and styles my hair perfectly. I am very happy with the results! The salon is very stylish, comfortable, very clean and calming. It's a great place to relax and I definitely feel better after a visit!

I’m very happy with my cut and colour by Sheralynne. As always, she completely understood what would work well for me. The additional blow drying tips were also much appreciated!

For the last couple of years I have had Jody do my hair, who always gets my hair better than I ask for, however as shes on leave I had a different stylist, Ruby. I was concerned worrying whether she would do it the same way I like. I needed not to worry Ruby was great, asking questions as she went along to ensure she was getting it right, tailored to exactly what I asked for. Great job Ruby, I love it! You listened well.

Lovely colour and loved the new cut. Cate had seen a picture before I'd arrived and thought of me.

Ruby is a very talented colourist and stylist who has always been friendly and a wonderful member of the team. Yesterday she did my roots and she has cut my hair too when it needed cutting. Grace is the apprentice who washed my hair. My hair is extremely thick and difficult to wash but she made me feel as if she certainly gave it a thorough wash and condition. Her complimentary head massage was wonderful and very relaxing. I have been a client for over 30 years now and have always felt very welcome and looked after and leaving with my hair beautifully coiffed. The whole team are brilliant at their jobs, I've used nearly all of them in my time.

Fantastic as always. Sheralynne always makes me feel extremely special and works her magic with my hair. I absolutely love the new premises. Not only is the backwash extremely comfortable I really enjoyed my wash, tone and condition (really sorry I cannot remember the young lady's name) gold stars and high praise all round.

Very good at cutting and styling to your face. She certainly knows all about different types of hair and what styles are best for your hair type.

As I expected the high standard of service, professionalism, friendliness and just a general wonderful experience continues in your new home! Not to mention the continued Covid measures in place making me feel very safe. Thank you to all the staff but especially Sheralynne for many years of excellent service.
