Fantastic hair cut and colour, well looked after by staff, could not be any better.

I haven’t been in for a few months and it was lovely to be back. The salon is very clean and felt completely Covid-safe. Everyone was lovely and the individual care taken was wonderful. Jennie always makes you feel so welcome and I was very pleased with the result even if the colour wasn’t as intense as we hoped (new colour, post cancer treatment) but the way that was handled was excellent. I feel so much better after my appointment! Would thoroughly recommend KH Loughborough!

I have been a client of Sheralynne’s for many years and have visited the salon several times since the extensive Covid-19 rules and procedures came into place both on my own and with my two young children. Each time it has been evident that all staff are doing their utmost to ensure both they and their clients feel as safe and protected as they can during their time in the salon. I had a toner, cut and finish yesterday and despite the fact that it had clearly been a long and busy day Sheralynne still took the time to make sure I was happy and comfortable with both my experience and the finished result. Merry Christmas to you all and I hope you enjoy your time off at home with your families as you all deserve it!

I have been going to KH for the best part of 35 years. I highly recommend going as they are an amazing team of professionals, I've never left with being less than very happy after going.

In the current situation, KH clients are made to feel very safe, with temperature checks on arrival and socially distanced seating. The addition of digital magazines is great, now that we are no longer able to handle actual papers and magazines.
Cate is brilliant. She knows exactly what works for her clients and is brilliant at making suggestions for your style/colour which you wouldn’t necessarily think of yourself. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Wonderful experience once again, even with all the rules and regulations around the virus, I felt safe and happy in the salon. Hats off to you all for making it as normal an experience as you can in these times and can't wait to be back again.

What a great way to start my weekend with a trip to KH Hair to get my locks ready for Christmas. Brilliant service from everyone as usual and really pleased with my hair. I am so glad to be able to visit KH again. Clearly the staff are following the Covid rules, which inspires confidence in the customer.

I’ve been having my hair cut in this Salon for circa 20 years. Always a pleasure and always pleased with outcome. I have tried other places but always returned because they cut/style best.
The salon is doing a fabulous job under current circumstances.

I have been coming to KH for nearly 30 years and to Jennie for over 20 years. Even though I have moved to Coventry, I still come back. Jennie cuts my hair brilliantly and I always get lovely comments about my hair from friends and family. The whole experience of KH though is always excellent and they have gone the extra mile to make us feel safe and comfortable.

Staff and clients were fully compliant with measures to reduce covid risk. Salon was well ventilated, providing additional risk reduction, but still warm.
