Great to be back at KH Hair. Thank you to the lovely Justine for making my hair look wonderful. Thank you to everyone who worked so hard to make me feel I was in a safe environment.

Lovely to be back in the salon with Lisa today for my colour/cut & blow dry. Looking a whole lot better than when I went in! Very pleased with results.. Also very impressed with measures in place and efficiency of staff with new safety measures. Well done.

A great haircut and colour from Justine as always. Everything was very well organised and relaxing.

Before I visited the salon I watched the video Sheralynne and Kate did and I felt completely reassured straight away.
In the salon all the correct procedures had been put into place and were followed very carefully. by all the staff. It was great to get back to some normality. Thank you Sheralynne xx

Having been strictly avoiding social contact for the last 3 or more months, I can honestly say that the Coronavirus safety measures you have put in place, are first class and I felt completely safe having my long awaited hair cut. And of course Sheralynn turned my ‘lockdown hair situation’ into a ‘back to normal and able to face the world again’ haircut. Thank you so much.

I enjoyed having my hair done. Safety was the main priority and everything was in place to keep myself and the staff safe. It did not take away from the wonderful service which is always on offer .!

I was so delighted to have an appointment on the first day the salon opened post lockdown.
Frankly I was looking like a scarecrow!!
I was very impressed by the stringent safety measures put in place to protect both staff and customers.
Despite these changes I felt relaxed and pampered as always.

Brilliant cut and foils as usual. Super organisation within the salon, great spacing, sinks sensibly isolated for hair washing and hand sanitizers everywhere. Cate managed to cut around my face and ears so well even though I had my face mask on all the time. Thank you very much and keep safe all of you. Julie

First so good at last to be getting hair done. Good experience of the Salon which I thought was very organized and safe. More normal than I thought it could be. Didn't think Hair stylist would be able to achieve such a high standard which Jennie did and so pleased with the results.

Hi had my hair done again and felt safe with all guid line met , lots of windows open and air , all clean and all staff friendly and helpful, was great to get rid of my roots and get a cut and treatment as needed it so badly , loving my hair colour at the minute and it looks and feels heathy

This was a surreal experience in a positive way. After so many weeks of lock down I couldn't believe I was here and being pampered. I have always appreciated having an amazing cut and colour here but never more so than now. I felt totally relaxed in the salon and clearly an enormous amount of work had gone in to making this a tranquil and safe environment. Well done to All.

Remains a pleasant experience, clearly a great deal of thought and hard work has gone into making everything as safe and efficient as possible. However, I noticed that some clients wore masks and some didn’t, I think that ALL clients should wear masks. It is for the safety of your staff and other clients. No point in some wearing masks and others thinking it doesn’t matter.

Excellent experience and fabulous hair as always. Sheralynne always knows exactly which colours to choose. Cut and finish was such a treat after 4 months of lock down. Loving the new salon decor as well . Thank you so much KH Loughborough

Sam impressed me from day 1 when she helped me transition my hair from fully coloured to natural without having to go through that awful growing out stage.
Every time I am pleased with the result and the excellent cut means my hair is easy to manage between visits.

I love coming to Keith Hall as I have been since I was little myself. Justine is so lovely and always does a good job. We can chat for ages. She cuts both my husbands hair and my daughter's too.

It is always a pleasure to come to this salon. Cate has been cutting my hair for many years and I have always been happy. Not sure of the name of the girl who washed my hair but she was very smiley and her head massage was spot on.

As always, excellent personal service and styling, so I leave the salon relaxed and looking trim. Just what I want.

Made the mistake - again - of going elsewhere for a cut due to time factors. Why do I do that?? Sheralynne, as always, has made me feel like ‘me’ again. Perfect cut, easy for me to blow dry, prompt service, always looked after on or before time. Highly recommend.
