Every hairdresser I’ve had here has been well trained and excellent. Cate and Sheralynne obviously take great pride in their business and quietly like to make sure every client has a good experience as well as a good hairdo. Well done, long may it continue!

As always, excellent personal service and styling, so I leave the salon relaxed and looking trim. Just what I want.

Made the mistake - again - of going elsewhere for a cut due to time factors. Why do I do that?? Sheralynne, as always, has made me feel like ‘me’ again. Perfect cut, easy for me to blow dry, prompt service, always looked after on or before time. Highly recommend.

Another lovely visit to KH Loughborough. Friendly staff and nice environment, love the coffee and the products used. Jodie is the best stylist I’ve ever had - she seems to just get what I want even with my rubbish explanations! I always walk out of there happy.

I wish i could write my whole story the journey i have been on .i love coming here its not just about having my hair cut and feeling fabulous afterward but the time out i have away from the being a carer having me time i have made lovely friends too and made to feel special and cared about Thank you all of you ❤
