I came to get my hair coloured for the first time in nearly a year and I am so so pleased with it! Jess did an amazing job as always and all the girls in the salon were so friendly & made me feel really comfortable. The salon was so clean as well!

Highlights and cut done by Lucy absolutely love my hair. Had a few waves put in as suggested by Lucy and it looks amazing. Even with the current Covid guidance the salon experience was just as good as always!! Staff amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Thanks Stones highly recommended.

It has been many years since I last went to Stones and now I wonder why I've not been back sooner. Lorraine did a fabulous job on my hair and I feel like a new woman.
Even though my appointment was late in the evening, I was greeted with a warm welcome and felt very relaxed. All the girls seemed lovely!

Hands down by far my favourite salon.. Its been a long six months but definitely worth the wait. Beautiful salon with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Top of the range products and always leave feeling 'a little bit special'.. Thank you Mags & Mia you are both superstars!!

The systems Mags and her team have incorporated make you fell safe and secure. The usual attention to detail warm welcome has not faded. The regular expertise and super cuts and treatments are all still there waiting for you. You'll feel special, pampered and rejuvenated.

First visit to Stones, following a move by my Stylist. First class welcome, ambience, and attention to safety. PPE provided, temperature taken before entering, along with takeaway refreshments offered. Very warm atmosphere, and top class cut by Jess, as usual.

1st cut and colour post lockdown, the salon was a really calm environment and I felt totally safe. Lauren was great and I love my new cut and colour .

Firstly I had need of an appointment very quickly, but as a new customer Mia was really lovely and fitted me in with Mags. Despite the unusual circumstances in which we all live and work Mags and her team have clearly worked hard to ensure client safety. Considering Mags had never met me before and couldn’t actually see my face behind the mask the transformation from my scruffy Lockdown Hair was amazing. She listened to me and did a beautiful job. From welcome to finish a really lovely experience which I suspect is all the better unmasked and in normal circumstances. Thank you again -and I would highly recommend this salon and I would imagine any of the team would do a brilliant job

Brilliant as always

Had a cut and colour done by Lauren. She really is a lovely person inside and out. She is patient explains everything and most of all I never walk out feeling disappointed. I love my hair. Stones is such a relaxed salon with a lovely vibe.

Absolutely loved my first cut with Jess, she was great and so helpful and friendly! It was a total restyle and Jess guided me through my options giving me pros and cons to help me make a decision about where to go with the new hair! Stones are managing staff and customer safety really well during these strange times

I found that my experienced was relaxed but controlled with all precautions put in place for my safety. Jess made me feel welcome and at home in a salon I had never been to before. Jess is always professional but super friendly, she always remembers your past conversations which helps me relax. I always look forward to my appointments and I feel confident that Jess will always finish my hair to a high standard as she listens to my comments on what I am looking for but always has my hair at her best interest. 5 Star Service everytime I see Jess.

I can honestly say this is my favourite cut to date. I asked for a blunt bob, slightly shorter at the back and Mags absolutely perfected it. I am delighted with the results and was also so impressed by the seamless service from start to finish. A five star service as always from Stones! Thank you.

Jess has been making my hair wonderful for many years now, but this was my first time at Stones. The salon was spotlessly clean and all of the staff were very aware of cleanliness. Everyone was really kind and welcoming. Jess takes her time to discuss the desired style and she gives great, honest advice. Her expert knowledge and experience really shines through! She's absolutely fabulous and I would definitely recommend her xx

If you are looking for an ordinary Hairdresser Stones isnt for you. I go to Ellis at Stones because , I want that ' special ' experience and the knowledge that everytime I will walk out feeling amazing.

I went for my first post lockdown hair appointment today and it was fabulous. Stones have put so many things in place to ensure a safe experience, it was the cleanest place I’ve been since venturing out! Lauren listened to what I wanted and what my concerns were and she gave me the best advice. I went with her suggestions and my hair is amazing I am so so pleased! I can’t believe Lauren made my hair look this good in just one visit; I’m over the moon! Even my husband loves it! This salon (and Lauren) is truly wonderful. Thank you so much x

Glad the girls are back! Nice to see the salon set up lovely with the safety measures in place, felt very safe! Lauren as usual has done a lovely job on my hair! I was surprised to be booked in so soon after opening, I was at least expecting mid August, so this was a bonus!

I love this salon - I originally walked in after a disaster at another salon because I was attracted by all the smiles and happy atmosphere. Total professionalism but not pretentious. Amazing as always, great service and even better results! Love my new shorter style. The whole team always go above and beyond. I actually used to hate going to the hairdressers until I found stones, now I can’t get enough of it.

Sarah did a great job on my hair, as always, it feels amazing but huge price increase which means that unfortunately I’ll be looking elsewhere as it’s way to expensive for me now.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who helped keep the first time back under the new guidelines as stress free as possible. Lauren was her usual bubbly self and was lovely to catch up and see Georgia as well. The end result was worth the wait. ?

That’s how I’d describe my ‘first visit back’ to the most professional salon I’ve ever experienced...from entering I felt safe and reassured that my time in the salon had mine and the stylist safety at the heart of everything...it in no way felt different, it was still warm, welcoming, friendly and most definitely professional service from start to end! AND, it goes without saying that the talented Ellis worked her hair transformation magic on me and turned me from feeling and looking a rooty witch, into ‘me’ again, she’s a star!!! I love Stones, its the top class Salon in Leicestershire!!!

Jess Bryan has done my hair for years and I always said I would happily follow her wherever she went and I and so glad I did. I felt very safe as I had my own PPE as did everyone else in the salon. I loved the quality and finish of my cut and colour. I do feel like the price was a little high but I understand it reflects the salon and the quality of the products as well as the personal PPE given.

Loved the new colour and cut. Lucy always so friendly and helpful. Felt very safe with the covid procedures in place.

First visit since lockdown. Lovely Mags has gone a Suberin job getting me to look like my old self again. Felt very confident in surroundings in what are trying times!
