As always, it was excellent service when I visited Stones Salon today. The staff are warm welcoming, friendly and professional; creating a relaxing atmosphere and enjoyable environment to be in. Beth who is my stylist, is very helpful she always pays attention to details and through her judgement of colour, highlights and the way in which she cuts my hair is very pleasing. I would highly recommend a visit to this salon.

Had a fab hair cut by Emma , she was lovely , cut my hair really well it sits great .

I love going here its such a relaxed atmosphere, the girls are always friendly and Lucy cuts my hair perfectly everytime.

This salon is beautiful. The staff are excellent. They manage to combine professionalism with friendliness and warmth. On entering the salon, the Receptionist greets you with a warm and friendly smile. Jenna is a brilliant Beauty Therapist who is not only excellent at what she does, she makes you feel totally relaxed and at ease. I cannot recommend Stones highly enough. Give it a try - you will not be disappointed

I'm a regular at the salon but brought my mum along with me for the first time on Saturday. We really enjoyed our visit and felt really looked after. Sarah did an excellent job with my mums hair and took the time to give her loads of advice on the right colours for her. Beth, as always, also did hair really nicely.

I had a lovely treatment from
Jenna, Had a facial which was amazing, The steamer was something completely new and it was really relaxing.

And then I had a neck/back massage it became rough, and painful, I didn't want to say anything at the time because I didn't want to offend anyone.

But overall lovely facial, Terrible back massage

I always see Emma. She is very friendly, helpful and is more than happy to help me get the style I want. Unlike many of my past hairdressers she doesn't try to impose her own style. Always very happy with the service there.

First time at this really friendly and professional salon today. I was meant by a very friendly Mia who checked me in and then introduced to Emma, my new stylist! My consultation with Emma was relaxed and I felt able to say what I was really looking for - along with the odd picture!! The final result was I have to say, the best colour and cut I've had for a very long time. I will definitely be back - next appointments already booked. Can't recommend this salon enough!

It was my first visit booked a couple of days before, Sarah changed my hair from frumpy to bang up to date which made me very happy, lovely relaxed atmosphere and friendly girls.

I have been using Stones since it opened and have always been very happy. All the members of staff are highly skilled and always do a super job. Senior stylist Sarah is a very good cutter and I am always impressed by her knowledge about the science behind hair care products. All the members of staff are very polite and friendly and are a great team.

I treated my partner to a full body massage. He was made to feel very relaxed (it was his 1st one). He thoroughly enjoyed it! We will both be returning!

Had highlights and cut in stones. Very pleased with the result. Colour very good. Nice relaxed atmosphere

Never before have I gone back to the same hairdressser's, let alone the same stylist. However, Beth is absolutely brillIant and I am now a returning customer because of the great servic and haircut I get from Stones. I will not be switching hairdresser's as I have finally found somewhere that suits me and my hair.

So, I always leave too long in between visits meaning I go in as a sheepdog! I have never been disappointed by Stones - Beth is my usual stylist and some years ago brought my hair round from a haystack! Today the lovely Emma made me feel a 'million dollars', and when my 2 teenage boys' actually felt the need to, "wow!" You know you've done a great job!

Jenna is always running on time when I go and she does a fab job on all the treatments I have ????

I have been going to Stones for a number of years and have always had a great service. Nothing is too much trouble and they will do all they can to accommodate you.

If your hairdresser is off for some reason they will fit you in with another if you are happy to.

Ooo was I having a bad hair month?
Booked in with the lovely Mags who worked her magic. She inspires you with her quiet confidence and expertise. Subtly and gently explaining that greying hair is quite a bit different in it make up to the rest and therefore perhaps my curly days are over.
She gave me an excellent cut and found the waves again.
Her team were great as usual. Upbeat not too chatty but social and as always great tea makers.
Fantastic for a bit of R&R and rehabilitation of the soul.

Facial with the impressive and extremely knowledgeable Jenna... What better way to spend an hour? Excellent results too! Followed by a perfect pedicure and a blow dry with Mags who is absolutely the best stylist ever

Just been to Stones for the second time and have again had a really nice experience. The salon itself is welcoming and calm and the staff are super friendly and professional. I have waxing by Jenna. In her expert hands the whole process is both effective and (almost) pain free! Fab salon which I will definitely recommend .

Salon is really friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Lucy colours and cut my hair. Would highly recommend. Fab products too.
I actually look forward to going to the hairdressers now instead of dreading it

Lucy is absolutely fantastic I came away with my hair washed and blowdried exactly how I want it she's a real professional listened to what I wanted and actioned it exactly

On the off chance Stones could fit me in I was thrilled when Sarah my usual hairdresser was available and I got an appointment within 10 minutes of calling. I was treated great, had a lovely treatment which has made my hair feel baby soft and Sarah advised me on my next appointment and colouring.

Beth was really friendly, honest and professional. She gave me some advice I'd never been given before and the cut is great, I'm really pleased. I received a bonus new customer discount, which was a pleasant surprise. The woman on reception (sorry, didn't catch your name!) was also really friendly. Unlike some places, Stones was not intimidating in the slightest.
I think I've finally found my new salon - phew!

Booked last minute, soooo glad I did, from the minute I arrived everyone was friendly , Beth made a great job of my hair , thank you Stones, made my day !!!!

I haven't been able to come to the salon for six months after spinal surgery so it was great to get back. Beth always knows exactly what you want and is honest about what you shouldn't do. I love my hair cut and look forward to visiting them again.
