I’ve been a customer of Browns in Market Harborough for a couple of years now. Not only are they super friendly but I’m always extremely happy with my cut and colour. They also bother with the condition of my hair and I can honestly say it’s never looked or felt better. It’s a 45 minute drive for me each way, but definitely worth the trip! Their loyalty scheme and Gold membership is also worthwhile.

Koren and Amelia did a fantastic job of ensuring my platinum root tint reached the tone I wanted, which can be challenging as my hair is really warm but Koren always gives me a colour I love. The cut is brilliant too, I left the salon feeling very pleased, Amelia listened and made sure it was exactly as I like it.
I have been visiting regularly for 2 years and will continue to do so, Koren and Amelia are both very friendly, welcoming and chatty, which I think is really important as it can be intimidating going into the busy salon and not everybody is as friendly.
I look forward to seeing both of them for my next cut and colour!

Hollie and the team made extra time (3x my original appointment time) and took extra effort to ensure my previous box colour could be lifted and blended in to the new style. The whole team were really friendly, knowledgeable and attentive.

I have been going to Browns for over a year now and with my hairdresser Holly I am always delighted with the results. She does a fabulous job on my hair highlighting it and cutting it always to an amazing quality every time! I would 100% recommend her and Browns if you were looking to get your hair cut, they are always so mice and friendly in there!

I booked on the day and managed to get a stand by appointment with Katie, she was lovely and listened to what I asked for and gave me a lovely hair cut!! Thank you, a lovely relaxing experience!

For someone who hated going to the hairdresser to find someone who actually listens and understands what you want is a revelation!

Staff were nice but over confident and made a bad job of my hair. Went home in tears. Sorry.

Harry took me through to wash my hair a good few minutes before my apppintment time. I have never had to wait and I always like the finish,
