Harry has cut my for quite a few years now. I’ve always been very happy with the cut and finish and it always lasts between visits. I usually have my hair cut every 8 weeks.

My daughters really enjoyed there experience, the girls cutting there hair listened to what my daughters wanted and were very friendly, they loved the result and will be returning in the future.

I live in Wakefield and I only come to Brown's when I am visiting my sister. This time she fell and broke her arm and I had to stay longer and I couldn't cope with my hair and looking after her. Heart in hand I decided to have it cut by someone I didn't know. I shouldn't have worried. Holly made such a good job of my hair I was really pleased. It is a pity I don't live here so I could visit more often. Thank you for the service

Great haircut with good service

Swapped to ***** following Liz leaving. Arrived at the salon to be told I should have arrived at 6.30pm by receptionist in a not too friendly manner. I advised I had been telephoned and 7pm agreed. She was still doubtful so I offered to show text to prove it. ***** then stepped in to say there was no need. I did show text to ***** as I was a little put out. I was a little nervous at changing stylist so not a good start. As it was the end of the day it felt like everyone just wanted to go home . I did not feel welcome. Felt hurried. Very off putting people cleaning up around you. Very little consultation . Out in an hour and 20 mins - record time. Too early to say about the cut but appears good. Will see how things go next time as I could only get in with ***** at 7pm again.
