Browns Reloaded

It was my first time visiting browns reloaded and myself and my mum had a fantastic experience getting our hair washed, cut and styled by the lovely Samina. Will definitely be booking in again in the near future and 100% recommend.

Katie gives really good advice and cuts my hair to look the best it has in many years. She’s also cutting my daughters hair and helping her through a quite significant restyle and growing it out again!!.

I’ve only visited Katie a few times but from the first visit she’s always been friendly and chatty and has given me such good advice about my hair and the styles that would suit my hair texture. The style I’m aiming for is still work in progress but I can honestly say there is no one I’d put my trust in more to get me there. Thank you Katie! I had my hair done by Anna overseen by Ashlee. Anna was excellent at finding out what my vision was and then executed it perfectly with guidance and layers from Ashlee. Would definitely recommend. Such a bargain as well with the students and well worth the extra time.

This was my 3rd appointment with Holly. She does an amazing job with my hair and gives great advise on what colours to go for and products to use. Really pleased with the condition of my hair since coming to Browns and it's such a treat to come here and feel pampered.

I was offered a treatment for my hair, and Darcie was aware of previous treatments I have had before. She was really nice to talk to, and she also gave me options of how o wanted my hair styled. Very lovely experience!

Very disappointed as I sent my daughter for a blow dry and the therapist didn’t want to do any curls which my daughter wanted and told her hair was far too long - my daughter frequently gets her hair done curly . I am new to the area and was hoping to find a good salon , sadly this has lost you the business

Shauna - apart from being a very good stylist she has a charming personality, easy to chat to and relax during my cut and blow dry.

I don't know if the name of the stylist, but she was a young 26 who came from the other side of Kettering. Very outgoing, very customer friendly, as are all the staff there.

It was easy to get a standby appointment. Shauna was great & made sure she gave me the cut I wanted. Having curly hair it can want to do it’s own thing but she was really thorough .

Katie is a consummate professional. She always does exactly what I ask, but always adds her creativity. She’s a great stylist and colourist and I highly recommend her.

The cut was great but the finishing touches weren’t. I explained to Katie my skin stains easily and as the colour is dark. Shauna told her to use Vaseline as a barrier which didn’t really work the colour was not put on carefully and soon stained my forehead and back of neck. Also she didn’t remove the cut hair from the back of my neck and there was a lot as I have thick hair. This happened last time Katie cut it but wanted to give her another chance as she does a lovely cut. It’s as though she’s in a rush and just gets the colour everywhere.

I had a tender bump on my head from a fall and Shauna wS very gèntle with me.
