I usually see Shauna, who is absolutely incredible at her job. She is personable, really listens and does a wonderful job on my hair. She really takes the time to work out what you're after and does amazing work. Today however I saw Lillie as I only had the one hour free and she was available. I absolutely believe Lillie is also first rate!! I don't usually see other hairdressers after a few hair disasters, but Lillie had a small consultation with me first, made me feel assured and put to bed any fears I may have had about seeing a different hairdresser. We had a lovely chat and she cut my hair beautifully, it was exactly as I had wanted. Both Shauna and Lillie are assets to your company and are two wonderful ladies who are experts at their jobs. Thank you so much!!

Lillie the stylist is so talented...I have frizzy long hair that is difficult to manage and have always dreaded having my hair cut but Lillie has cut and dried my hair many times and everytime I leave the salon feeing fantastic...my daughter felt the same after having her hair styled by Lillie the week before. ...she is also so friendly and makes you feel relaxed.

I was as usual made to feel very comfortable by Shona especially as today I went for a different style.

On time and patient, my hair is difficult and both lily and crystal were great the two times I’ve been, definitely recommend this hairdressers, very good price. It’ll now be my go to place in Harborough.

I had a great haircut lilly did exactly what I asked for and it looked great. I was really pleased with the outcome and have already rebooked to go back. She was really nice and I would recommend this salon.

As usual excellent Lewis is exceptional .

I took the plunge 6 months ago to go short with my hair for the first time in over 10 years but that meant going more than twice a year for cuts! No problem - I went for follow up cuts st the training school and got great service. Crystal has seen me the last two times and has been really good. I would really recommend people try the training school - great value and service

It is such a treat to come and have my hair cut by Lewis. He always cuts my hair beautifully and he knows the style that will suit me. He is the most reliable hairdresser I have ever had! Hehas a professional, friendly manner.

Popped into the second Browns Salon today for a wash and blow dry. Crystal looked after me very well, lovely head massage, left with the style I requested, looking good and walking on air. The manager was also kind enough to trim my fringe at no extra charge. Wd recommend.
