Charlotte is a very good stylist

Since my regular hairdresser (who I’ve been going to for ten years) changed career path and stopped hairdressing, I’ve visited several other stylists / salons. They were all ok but none as good as she was. Then Som did my hair and I’m over the moon with the cut. She did a great job, I didn’t feel rushed and she listened to what I wanted. I will definately book with her again.
I have visited several Toni & Guy salons over the years and Market Harborough was equally as good. Easy to book, prompt and relaxed atmosphere.
Only criticism… I love a bit of a head massage when conditioner applied so more of this please!!!!

Always a relaxing experience and, whatever style I tell Som I want, she tells me if it’ll work and how she can adopt it to suit my hair if not. Som also takes time to tell me how to achieve the same look at home which is really helpful as I’m no hairdresser.

Son is a fantastic stylist. She listens to what you say, gives advice and takes a lot of time to make the cut right. She doesn’t cut too short, which is rare in my experience! And she is very sweet. Atmosphere in the salon was lovely (5pm on Monday). Very chilled and friendly. Great cup of tea, too. Thanks everyone!

I went into the salon for an all day appointment and it was a lovely experience. Really friendly staff and great treatment. Every stage of the dye was explained to me and I really appreciated that. Will definitely recommend :)

I was having a laugh with Gemma and explaining that I love turning up a little early for my appointments with her to see who she has done before me as they always come out looking like they could walk straight into a magazine shoot! I love watching them after she has worked her magic.. I love going to Gemma she gives me great advice and is a total artist with her scissors.. can’t beat it!!
