My daughter loved the experience of having her hair washed, cut blow dried and straightened. Finn was very lovely and made sure my daughter was comfortable.

Wow, what a super friendly hair salon, everyone is very welcoming, The salon is very clean . Ellie who cut my hair is absolutely amazing i would trust her completely with any hair cut very professional service. And reasonably prices.
Today I came in with highlights gone wrong from another Salon. What was meant to be plum highlights were actually red!
Jordan understood exactly what I wanted and talked me through what she would be doing to resolve my hatred to the hair colour.
I left with a smile on my face and could finally look in the mirror after a week without cringing at the colour of my hair.
She understood the look I wanted and did exactly that, what an amazing job!!
Thank you Jordan, Remi, Ellie and Joanne for putting me at ease and and reassuring me, even at my worst moment of when I came in distraught with what my hair looked like.

Although Vicky was good I felt that she cut my hair shorter than I showed & instead of long layers I asked for it looks like lots of short layers made my hair look a lot thinner but i expressed I wanted hair to look thick

Grace stepped in to make sure I could still attend my appointment due to my usual stylist being poorly. Grace was fabulous and did an amazing job on my colour.
The hair wash could have been better by the junior but she’s learning. Grace did offer to re wash but I was struggling for time.

I was nt shown how much of my hair was getting cut off before cutting it . Was too much. I said I wanted inch of the length not the layers. I felt uncomfortable.
