Grace stepped in to make sure I could still attend my appointment due to my usual stylist being poorly. Grace was fabulous and did an amazing job on my colour.
The hair wash could have been better by the junior but she’s learning. Grace did offer to re wash but I was struggling for time.

Remi always gives an exceptionally brilliant experience eveytme I come to the salon.

Ellie has been cutting my hair since Sept 2023. She is patient and listens to how I like it to look and does her best to get it right. Ellie is talented and has achieved the results I have been happy with. I have thick short hair and Ellie has managed it well. Thank you Ellie.

Always happy with whole experiencle

I was nt shown how much of my hair was getting cut off before cutting it . Was too much. I said I wanted inch of the length not the layers. I felt uncomfortable.

I had an appointment with Vicky M.. as soon as I walked in the salin I felt very welcomed m, all the staff at the hair salon are very polite and soft spoken, it was my first time at this Salon but I dint feel that way, Vicky M is amazing I have already discussed booking my future hair appointments with her

I felt welcome as soon as I enteted the salon. All staff were friendly. The girl who shampooed me eneured I was comfortable and gave a lovely scalp massage. Grace was lovely as usual and took great care cutting and stylong my hair. I always feel good when I leave the salon

Grace is an amazing hairdresser i can totally relax and leave the rest to Grace.

I enjoyed having my hair cut and blow dry but was dissapointed that waves didn't stay longer than few hours, I was told with hairspray it should last couple of days.
When I last had my hair done by finn, waves stayed for good 3 days without the hairspray.

I love Remi. she's a ray of sunshine and never disappoints. She always talks me through what shes going to do and asks if im happy with everything before she starts. She gives me advice on what would look best on my hair and iv never had a bad colour/style in the years iv been coming to her. She's just brilliant, would highly recommend a visit to see Remi!

I’ve been twice now to get my child’s hair cut by Jordan, she always does a fantastic job and is really patient and great with my child. The hair cut itself was superb and my little one got a lot of compliments with a few people even asking to find out who we got the cut done with. We’ll continue returning to KH in oadby, fantastic service :)
