Cara is fabulous! Today I went in with bright red hair and came out with beautiful dark brown hair with a face frame of blonde and blonde on my roots! She is so lovely and friendly and does the BEST hair. She is a miracle worker! Thank you so much for making me feel confident.

Wonderful salon- starting the moment you walk through the door ! The welcome is always warm and friendly , Jacc always cuts my hair and spends time showing me how to dry it so it looks it’s best and I always walk out of the salon feeling a million dollars!!

My experience with VICKY, my hairdresser was wonderful, excellent customer service, beautiful result at my hair. Vicky is a wonderful, kind and very pleasant, experienced hairdresser and I trust her completely!

Really lovely on appt. Spent time on me and I appreciated that.
Unfortunately the blend was bad and a 1cm gap from root to start of bleach which looks awful. Had it done on Saturday, rang up and spoke to Remi on Monday. Was made to feel like I didn’t know what I was talking about because I was told that my roots were done and it’s normal. I know it wasn’t normal.
I asked if I could come in to show it. Felt like I was being brushed off and told she wasn’t available for me to come in. I persisted to mention day after day till she agreed for Friday. Many people have told me it’s a botched job. Having pondered on how I was made to feel I didn’t come in. I spend over £130 on each visit and feel the aftercare service is poor.
Been so upset since that I’ve now booked in with another salon. Went for a consultation and they also agreed that it hasn’t been done nicely. It’s just sad because ***** does a great job and now I feel like I can’t come in because of the hostility towards me or awkwardness from the call.

I always have a reassuring salon visit at KH Hair from the moment I walk in the door I am greeted by the kindest Receptionists, waited on with beverages and biscuits, made to feel valued from my hair wash to my cut and finish! Jacc listens carefully to my requests, explains everything to me in detail and I am given confidence that when I leave the salon my happiness is guaranteed every time thank you!

I love to come again and enjoy very good service

No check up after colour treatment had been washed out. No goodbye. No one asked 'is everything ok?'. Not sure if this was just a bad day for the salon, as close to mother's day so could just have been busier than usual, but the experience was just a huge disappointment overall.
