It’s always a pleasure to have my pedicure done by lovely Jenni. She is excellent in her work and she is also very amusing. We have many laughs at the topics we talk about. It’s good to hear how her three sons are and what they are up to. Jenni sounds and I’m sure she is a great Mummy. I always feel as though I’m walking on air once I’ve had my pedicure done by Jenni. Well done Dawn! I went to The Bank to get a haircut for a friend's wedding only to realise that the wedding was actually yesterday!! Dawn proceeded to run eastwards at such a speed that the Earth spun in the opposite direction, turning back time and allowing me to attend the wedding! Because of this, I had plenty of time for a complimentary beer, but I told Dawn I'm off the lager and only drink wine and I swear to god she passed her hand across the bottle of San Miguel and it changed into Pinot Grigio. My appointment was at 3pm Friday and I left at 11.30 the previous day! Great service Dawn

First appointment after having been on holiday, bleached hair was damaged by sun,sea, and chlorine. Vicky soon had it feeling and looking great again for me

Lucy was very welcoming and talkative. She asked us what we wanted and we were all happy with the results of our lashes. Would definitely recommend her and the salon.

Excellent customer service. Fran was so professional and friendly. She spent some time explaining and suggesting to me few ideas about the colour and style she had in mind for me. Loved spending my time with her while was having my hair done. She converted my hair from dry, dull, yellow colour into a healthy bouncy style. My hair feels and looks so healthy now and I’m over the moon with the result.

Very happy with hair cut but charged wrong i think, also poor Lucy was not informed the sunks were not working upstairs so i has to walk diwn atsirs to get my hair washed then back up for the cut
