I will always remember this day as the day that dawn tamed a wildling, I was unrecognisable when I went in, usual top notch customer service, beer waiting which had nothing to do with the fact I thought my appointment was later and dilly dallying, well less of me, as usual with a swish and a swash of her magic Scissors and the handsome prince appeared before me in the mirror and Callum lived happily ever after for the next two weeks till my next visit

My hair looked amazing as it always does when vicki does it. My only disappointment was the lack of wella product to do my treatment in full and buy one to take away.

Absolutely loved my experience today. I came in thinking I needed at least 3" of my hair due to summer having bleached the ends. Also needed guidance choosing a natural colour for my roots. Bobbi was brilliant and knowledgeable and made me realise I only needed a small amount taken off and that my hair was still in good condition. Expert advice from Fran & Tracey on my colour shade too. Love this place - back in 6 weeks xx

My first visit to the Bank today and made to feel really welcomed. Met the lovely Dawn who did a tremendous job on my hair which is notorious for being ‘wirey’.
Certainly go back there, I’m sure it never had a buzz like that when it was a bank!

I rang up at 10am enquiring about an appointment I needed fast and they got me booked if for 11am the same day! Courtney was lovely and helped me get the exact style I was hoping for! Thank you so much!
