I feel relaxed and at ease coming to the bank . The staff are friendly and professional and have made a huge difference to the condition of my hair . I came to the bank after having another salon almost ruin my hair . I was distressed and the staff here made me feel welcome and reassuring . Definitely will be staying . Connor has done wonders for my hair and confidence

As always, Jenni gave me an excellent pedicure. She is very pleasant and always makes me feel as though I’m walking on air after my pedicure. She is so pleasant to talk to and she makes me laugh too. I admire her very much as she’s such a hard worker and on top of that she has almost completed her degree. She deserves to do well.

Hadn’t had my hair done in nearly a year because I moved to the area and was looking for a new stylist. Ellie really took the time to make sure my hair was right and exactly what I wanted- even correcting a terrible fringe I cut myself a few months ago. Would definitely recommend!

Tiny is amazing, nothing is too much trouble. She listens and explains the process which she’s going to do at the beginning and then as you’re having your hair done. She is very friendly and makes you feel so welcome. 5 stars.

Lucy did an amazing job on my balayage and even showed me how the new GHD duet styler works, then finished with a lovely curl and advice on what shampoo/conditioner is best! Lucy is lovely and makes me feel very calm and comfortable in the salon chair.
