This was my first time at The Bank. Lorraine was awesome, friendly and a great hairdresser. Will be using again.

First time to the Salon, was greet by lovely staff members at reception who showed me to Dawn.

Was kindly offered refreshments by Courtney.

Hair cut was done exactly how I requested. Overall experience was very relaxing and very good value for money.

Definitely will be back again.

Bobbi did an amazing job on my hair this evening! I'm absolutely over the moon with the outcome. I'm terrible at knowing what I want and how much want it as I'm not girly in the slightest, but bobbi was brilliant and in the end we went with highlights and I think it was called a root melt to get the blonde blend with my natural colour that I wanted and I absolutely love the end result! Will definitely be booking in with her again in the future! Everyone was also super friendly and overall a lovely atmosphere there. Look forward to my next visit!

Brilliant experience from start to finish. Ruby explained every step of the way what she was doing and always made sure i was happy with the decisions.

Booking was so easy to do.
Ruby greeted me so friendly and was very welcoming.
She did an amazing job cutting my hair and kept asking if it is what I wanted.
Used my blue light card but was great value without it too.
Would definitely return.

Lucy was amazing from the beginning… she was so kind and listened to exactly what I was wanting with my cut & even helped me with suggestions as to how we could make it an easier transition into having a fringe. Booked in with her in 8bt eels for my new colour!!

I don't know if I've picked the right Lucy but I had a lovely cut done by Lucy today at 2 (my first time at the bank) She was really mindful of what I wanted and making sure I was happy enjoyable visit and really happy with my cut. Will be back in 6 weeks

I had my first appointment with Ruby. She cut my hair a few inches shorter, put in long layers and curled it . I was really happy with it. She took her time, asked me what I wanted and was really friendly. The salon is lovely too.

Hadn’t been to the salon before as just moved to the area but very happy with the whole experience will definitely be back to see Ruby

Brought my teenage daughter for a new look and Ruby was great with her. My daughter brought in a picture and Ruby was really good at adapting it to her hair type and listening to her ideas. Thank you for making it a great experience for her, it looks great.
