After messing my hair up at home I went to Assisi and they gave me wonderful consultation with a drink. Despite years of hair abuse hey wasn’t judgemental and made me an appointment just two days later.
At the appointment everyone made me feel welcome and fixed my hair. I had a say in every stage and left looking and feeling gorgoeous!
I would recommend to anyone!
Went here a week or so ago after reading a bunch of positive reviews on Facebook. I think these customers were satisfied solely because they have low standards. They book in too many customers and you are sat waiting at least half an hour to be seen to. They flutter between customers and you don't feel like you are being pampered. Customer service isn't astounding, they aren't exactly conversationalists. My colour was done fairly well but noticed a girl who had had her hair bleached had purple strands in her hair form having toner left in too long. Asked for a hair cut and they took off naff all, it's almost as if they are too scared to use their scissors. Afraid I won't be returning again, back to my more expensive hairdresser (but well worth every penny).
