Lovely friendly, understood what I was trying to achieve. Ellie was kind and even went beyond to make sure all the colours blended well and there were no weird bits

I ve been going to Jack for over 4 years now . There is always a friendly welcome from Kristy , Ellie and Cerys and of course Jack .
I can’t recommend the salon enough I wouldn’t go anywhere else .

After receiving a phone call to say Kirsty was absent but Ellie could cover my appointment I was a bit nervous about a different stylist. I needn’t have been, Ellie did an amazing job and so love it! Thank you so much - this really is a fab salon, with relaxed friendly staff who put you at ease!

Jack is by far the best hairdresser in town and definitely the best I have ever come across over the last 60 years!!!, He is always very professional, does whatever you ask and makes time to make you feel special. His girls always greet you with a smile, offer you a drink and biscuit. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them all. First class salon xx

Everyone at Sibley Hair did everything possible to make my experience an enjoyable one. From the friendly service on the phone when I made my appointment, to the coffee I was made within minutes of arrival, in the relaxed, comfortable but stylish salon, I don't see how anything could be improved on. My stylist Kirsty did an excellent job of sorting out my overgrown barnet. I'm already looking forward to my next appointment.

My first visit to Sibly Hair today and a wonderful salon it is. The exterior looks inviting, cosy, homely, friendly in my opinion. Upon entering the salon ALL staff greet you with a warm, friendly welcome.
The interior is extremely clean and well organised and spacious.
The gorgeous Kirsty was my hairdresser today... her exprtease and advise is highly recommended, she tells you exactly what she’s doing and why, making me feel totally relaxed. I enjoyed my experience tremendously and have booked my hair appointment for the next three months.
I HIGHLY recommend this salon

I've just got to say what a fanstic reception l got on entering the salon, the staff was so friendly and welcoming and such a clean salon it was to, they ask if you would like a drink which is also nice, then you sit and enjoy being pampered and treated like a lady, will definitely be going again... I’ve followed Jack around for years. I didn’t let anyone else touch my hair until Jack told me to trust Kirsty. I was scared to be honest but she soon calmed me down and now I’m happy for either Jack or Kirsty to cut my hair. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
