Hannah always does a good job with my hair and has it just as I would like it.

I had a treatment this morning. Poppy is an excellent therapist and I would recommend her highly.

First time I’ve had dermaplanning, my skin feels so much better afterwards. Everything was clearly explained to make sure I was happy with the whole process.

Had a pedicure with Hannah, lovely and relaxing.
Also the shallac on my toes lasted and looked wonderful.
Will definitely return.

From walking through the door the quality of customer care was fantastic.
From the stylist to the lovely girl who washed my colour off, the environment is so refreshing.

Absolutely love the haircut I have had by Carol. Usually use Hair Band but will be coming here in future, she actually listened to what I wanted, very pleased with the result.
Also had a massage with Holly (sorry if I have the wrong name). It was so relaxing and professional. Felt very looked after.
The young girl that washed my hair was also very friendly and made me feel welcome.

It’s always a pleasure to come to the salon. All the staff are so friendly and make you feel welcome. Jake is a master at getting exactly what I want for colour and is great at giving advice. Lucy looks after me so well and I really look forward to visiting.

Poppy is a nail ‘goddess’. I had a French manicure and I am delighted. She is a lovely person and really takes pride in her work.

My therapist was Jemima (an apprentice not on drop down list)
I had a pedicure with her and I’m really impressed with the result 4 days later and my feet still feel smooth and refreshed. The treatment was thoroughly relaxing Jemima definitely did not come across as a rookie she professional polite and calming thank you ?

I had the most amazing ‘Deluxe Facial’ with Poppy who was extremely professional the room was cosy and calming it was Super relaxing ~ many parts to this facial ~ while masks are on you receive hand & arm massage and head neck and shoulders highly recommended ?

Second time with carol and so happy with what she’s done with my hair once again. After never going to the same hairdresser twice- I’m pleased to say I’ve finally found a hairdresser that I can trust to do exactly what I want. Look forward to coming back

Jake listens to what you want and carries it out seemingly effortlessly. Nothing is too much trouble at this salon where everyone, from receptionists, ladies doing the hair washing to the stylists themselves, make you feel welcome and important. Thank you and see you soon!
