Jake was absolutely brilliant. Gave my daughter a "wolf cut" and she is absolutely thrilled with it.
Really friendly, professional, checked with her all the way through to make sure she was happy and comfortable.

As usual I received a very warm, personalised welcome from Lisa (stylist) and Lisa (receptionist). All of the staff were as normal; polite, friendly and professional. The atmosphere in the salon was friendly and relaxing and it was quite quiet this afternoon (17:00 appointment). Lisa is really great she knows exactly how I like my hair cut - short. Over the years she has adapted my style as I have got older to be more flattering but still so easy to maintain.

Fitted me in on the same day took time and care to ensure my hair was just perfect.been going to auk for many years and never had a bad experience whoever cuts my hair. Thank you Simona you are a miracle worker

I booked my appointment specifically with Hannah online, however on the day of the appointment it stated that poppy was treating me, on arrival I was treated by poppy with no prior notification of this change and is now stating online that I was treated by Sophie. I did see Hannah there and I am uncertain as to why this change was made. I felt that poppy wasn’t very experienced but still did very well however I would have preferred to be asked if I was happy with the change in therapist.

Always go to Hannah, she is always pleasant and friendly.
Knows what I want and guides me right with colours, toners and what to use to maintain my colour.

Carol is fabulous, consistent, works extremely hard and knows my hair!

Colour change and re-style, could'nt be happier with it. Jake advised and used his experience and flare. A cheeky glass of Prosecco always welcome.

I came in for a cut and blow dry in between my colour and cut visits. Was delighted that they had been able to get me in with short notice. Lisa is an awesome stylist who gives great advice, and is technically brilliant ( very important as I wear my hair short). It’s always a great experience coming here. All the staff are friendly.
