Really relaxing treatment. Very happy with results. Poppy was lovely, explained everything and put me at ease. I must like it as I booked a course of 10 !!!

Loved my visit today, hair was coloured and styled exactly as described - even with my hesitation to go a little bold with the colour. Jake is so personable and makes you feel really at ease.

I had a consultation with Jake to look at a bleach and tone that another stylist had done a few weeks ago and I have to say Jake was fantastic. Not only did he fix the problem (which he didn't create) he made me feel like a valued customer. Absolutely fantastic service.

Having my nails done gives me a little bit of normality at the moment. Hannah is always welcoming and I really appreciate how she listens and remembers what we've talked about. She knows what I like and always makes my nails look lovely. She's a treasure.

As always a warm welcome awaits from Dawn on reception immediately making you feel safe and important. Poppy also is extremely friendly and professional creating a relaxing atmosphere as soon as you enter her room for your treatment. So relaxing I didn’t want to leave!

My little girl isn’t very keen on having her hair cut but Jake spoke to her, listened to what she wanted and put her at ease. He was attentive and she was really pleased with the end result.

Tori listened to my wishes and made me feel at ease throughout my hair cut ☺️ She even advised when I can expect to see my dyed ends grow out enough, so that I can get those cut off.

Attended for a long awaited appointment with Jake and as always he delivered. Wonderful cut and colour and wonderful service. I left feeling amazing! Jake is the best! Lucy who washed my hair and helped Jake throughout was brilliant. Her head massage was one of the best I've had! Rising talent right there!

Hannah was fantastic, understood exactly what I needed, particularly from my pedicure. Problem solved the minute I’d forgotten my flip flops and improvised! Brilliant.

Had cut and full head of highlights, very happy with colour and cut, so pleased with the over all look
