literally the best staff - the girls go out of their way to remember what you have, how long, where and when. always clean always respond to messages really quick!! wouldn’t go anywhere else

Another lovely visit to Hot Chocolate in Lincoln. Staff are so friendly and helpful, salon is very clean and hygienic. Been every day this week on one of their discounted courses offers. Definitely will plan another one. . . Tan base coming on nicely as well.. . Oh, and you get a free humbug for while you tan, bargin.

Another relaxing visit to hot chocolate tanning. Always feel welcome and the staff are always helpful

I regularly visit and it is always clean and greeted by a friendly face. Occasionally there is a wait at peak times but more often than not the number of booths mean one will be available straight away!

Staff are always friendly and polite. The place is clean and easy to access. Love the little touches like the deodorants and wipes etc. They really cater for their customers needs, Which also makes the experience so nice for you.

Always clean, tidy and well organised. Rarely have to wait. Easy, free parking too.

Turning up to use a dynamic tan bed and offered the only lay down machine, once very briefly shown the controls after asking as I've not used that particular one, told it would auto start in 3 mins, 6 mins later still not started. Waited another 2 mins, still not started. Got dressed and left the booth. Stated the frustrating situation to the only attendant available who tried to juggle answering the phone and apologising to me at the same time, stating that it's working at the till end and must be a software fault. Offered free minutes as compensation however pointless as on an unlimited minutes program. Very frustrating as unable to tan today.

I came back in today after almost a year of taking a break from tanning and was really impressed with the welcome received and how friendly and helpful the girls were. Nothing was too much trouble and they gave great advice regarding the different accelerators as there lots I hadn’t seen/heard of before. Thank you for such fantastic service - can’t wait to come back in again tomorrow!

I use the sun beds at Hot Chocolate regularly and would highly recommend them. The staff are always very friendly and helpful and are always happy to give advice or answer any questions. The salon and beds are always spotless and well cleaned.

Bought a course costing ,£47 told I could not go on lay down and had to pay £16.

Am still owed 55mins but could not use on lay down. Bit of a misunderstanding but nonetheless shame it could not have been resolved at the till

I like coming to hot chocolate wouldn’t go anywhere else for a sunbed but I do find it quite expensive

This is my fist experience of sun beds and I’m very happy so far. The girls are always smiling and happy to help. The booths are always clean and tidy. Music is all up to date.
Plenty of lotions and potions on offer (not that I’d know where to start) Reasonable price.
