Absolutely love coming here. Clean and welcoming and the staff are so lovely. Its my 9 minutes of get away from everything

I have tried several tanning shops but not as good as hotchocolate .. I have had 10 sessions on the 0.5 blue stand up and i have a fab tan already .. well worth the extra travel time to get to the shop .... A star

Does exactly what you'd expect, booths are all ways clean and the staff are all ways helpful and courteous. Location is easy to park up and on my home so ideal. Staff being pleasing to the eye is just a bonus.

Completely disappointed in my visit today. Arrived at the salon at 6.30pm to be told they were no longer accepting customers as they close at 7pm.. I really like your salon and travel 11 miles from my home just to use your sunbeds.. After a conversation the assistant agreed to let me use the beds, but for only 5 minutes! I usually have 12 on the high performance beds..
I have arrived later than this before and never been turned away. Totally shocked this evening. What a waste of my diesel and time. I always look forward to popping into the salon after a long day at work.

As usual a fantastic & professional service. Always leave with a smile on my face. Keep up the good work ladies ????????????????????????
