Lovely salon. Always friendly, bright and clean!

I have used Hot chocolate salon for years. Staff have always been helpful & friendly. The place is spotless & the beds are retubed & updated regularly. There's always great offers on. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommended.

Staff are always friendly and helpful, they clean in between each customer, and try to get through queues as quickly as they can. (Sometimes must be daunting. Well done for keeping your cool ladies!)

Always always 100%... just a little disappointing today, I was waiting for a new client to be served, when a lady came out of Fiji, the staff dealt with newbie then my turn, she put me in Fiji without it being cleaned...

I've been using the rainbow Sunbed's here for a while now. The staff are always happy and friendly and it is kept immaculately clean. I had my nails done for the first time on Friday and they look fantastic. Very professional service all round and I would highly recommend them to anyone

The salon is so clean and all the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The prices are fair and for the cleanliness I am more than happy anyway as a lot of tanning salons really lack in cleanliness. I've recommended hot chocolate to numbers and numbers of people and I won't go anywhere else. Best tanning shop in lincoln!

I always find the Salon very clean throughout..
I use the Rainbow upright beds and find them ideal. The tubes are regularly changed, and the staff are exceptional in that they do combine friendliness with efficiency.
They have a very good range of products and also fresh chilled bottled water from a cooler to hydrate the body.
I would highly rocommend the salon and service to anyone.

My first time on a sunbed, and first time in Hot Chocolate- lady serving me was very friendly explained everything very thoroughly for me and made me feel comfortable for my first sunbed session. My cubicle was very clean with complimentary deodorant and wipes just what I needed after and the experience in the rainbow booth was fab! Wish they had more Latino/holiday music because when you close you're eyes in the sunbed it feels like you're on holiday! More Latino/ Caribbean/Cuban music! Looking forward to being a regular

Staff are polite and friendly, Salon is immaculately clean, Been having my nails done here for ages, lots of colours and nail art to choose from n plenty of fresh idea's as I'm not the most decisive person when it comes to choosing what I want, but I can honestly say I have always left happy, fab 1st class job ladies! I've been going to hot chocolate for a couple of years now. I can say I love to go there as the staff are so friendly don't make you feel uncomfortable at all really chatty . Also they keep the salon really clean to. Music that they play is fab !!! . Sunbeds are great! X

Getting holiday ready so bought a months deal. Bargain! Staff very helpful and friendly. Spotlessly clean. Never had to wait more than a few minutes for a booth, even when busy.

Staff always have a friendly welcome and a smile and are always very helpful.
I would've commented on how clean the salon is but today I dropped my ring behind the little stool and upon moving the stool to retrieve my ring, found it in a pile of dirt, hair and fluff, this made me pay attention to the rest of the floor and wasn't happy to be stood bare footed as it was dirty all over and not just behind the stool. Very disappointed.
