First time registering..super friendly, best tanning studio I’ve ever seen!

Finally found a sun bed that is closer to me, spend time filling in form, accurately as possible, to then be told I can only buy 5 minutes for my first session…
Disappointed and inconvenienced.
Salon looks clean and pretty though

I wouldn’t use anywhere else except chocolate tanning! It’s so clean and tidy!!! All the staff are so friendly and helpful too nothing is too much trouble for them! Definitely recommend!

Grat subed shop all the girls are very helpful sunbeds are fabulous but the new laydowns are my fav great range of creams spotlessly clean give it a go you wont be disappointed

Brilliant service today, as always! Salon is always clean. I've been using hot chocolate for 12 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. It's such a good atmosphere and lovely staff.

Lauren was amazing remembered my name ( I don’t know if that’s a good or bad thing with me coming so often-oops) but she always has a smile on her face and have never left without the bed I wanted (I love the lay down bed and know sometimes there’s a wait) but today I didn’t book just turned up and got the time I wanted on the bed !! 5?s all the girls are good but special mention to Lauren x

On the whole the experience was good. Just one down side. The XT was just getting warm when the 6minutes was up.

I was new to the salon, Zoe made me feel at ease and was very helpful in helping me choose what to go for. With never being on a sun bed before I was clueless what to go for and she made the experience feel easy and strait forward. Also gave very good advise and explained everything clearly. An all round lovely girl and credit to the salon.
