It's been a good while since my last visit, but the salon's extremely high standards never faulted to amaze me! Staff & salon is first class!

Treated myself to a course and a lotion, was great to feel the heat on my skin. Very clean and staff were friendly and helpful.

Staff were really friendly, new system works really well I just waited in my car until my beeper went off. Sun beds were sparkling clean and Sofia distancing managed well.

I was bought some tanning minutes for Christmas and have been twice now on the high performance beds, and Wow!! Absolutely amazing, and all Covid safety measures in place, couldn't feel any safer whilst visiting this amazing salon!

Immaculately clean, variety of different sunbeds to use, friendly and helpful staff. Great first impression.

As always the salon was clean and tidy, and chloe was friendly and helpful. I can't praise the staff enough for there hard work keeping us safe.

First time I have had opportunity to go since opening again. Ultra hygienic and lots of things in place to protect the customers and staff.
I don’t catch the advisors name but she was very helpful in terms of creams and really friendly.

Every visit you are welcomed like a friend, the place is spotless, the owner and her staff are lovely. Cannot recommend them enough.

As always the booths were clean the shop was spotless and the staff helpful and friendly. I love coming here for relaxing.

Enjoyed my visit. Love this salon. It is very clean and hygienic. Safety measure regards Covid are in place and well run giving you peace of mind with Track and Trace. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful. I'd recommend Hot Chocolate 100% to anyone looking to visit a tanning salon.

Hot chocolate is not only hyper clean (always has been) but the team are always very friendly and offer help and advice.

Chloe was great, she recommended me some lotions that I think were the right choice for me, she also recommended me a different type of sun bed which after talking to her I also think suit me more.
