Lucy was as usual very pleasant and attentive. The cut and blow dry looked heat and was admired by the family.

Liv was fantastic with my hair today. I have recently had a baby and have experienced hair loss but Liv gave me some great advice and styled my troubled areas with great skill. Her styling was lovely and I’m very happy.

My nails look brilliant. The nails from my last visit still looked good today over 3 weeks later. Also an enjoyable chat while she was working away.

Lucy did an amazing job on my daughter's hair. She's very pleased with her new bangs!

As always Rachel delivered a perfect blowdry and a keratin treatment that lasts the full 12 weeks. An excellent salon offering the best treatments, I also have k18 every 4 weeks, thoroughly recommend

I had a wonderful back massage from Helen. She was very calm and caring . She found a lot of knots and tension which she released . I left feeling very relaxed. Thank you Helen.

Thank you Liv for a gorgeous haircut. I showed a photo of the look I was hoping for before she started cutting my hair and it looked exactly like the picture when she’d finished, even down to the blow dry. Liv checked I was happy with the length she took off after the first cut before continuing with the rest of my hair which was a lovely touch. Liv was friendly and polite during my haircut and I overall really enjoyed my visit to Saks Hair and Beauty Lincoln. Thanks Liv!

I can’t speak highly enough for what an amazing hair stylist Kate is. Her eye for colour is spot on and her cutting and styling make me feel fabulous. I leave the salon with a spring in my step.

Kay was brilliant. She saw me on time, listened to what I wanted doing and did a lovely root touch up, blow dry and curl. It was also nice to see Millie and catch up while she washed my hair, did a treatment and gave me a relaxing head massage

I had my nails done today. Brilliant result lovely young lady( sorry forgot name for the minute) I am really pleased with the shape and colour. The young lady on reception is charming and friendly every time I come.
I had my hair cut yesterday by Kay not my usual stylist but a lovely cut and a lovely chat.

Kay took the time to talk to me and did exactly what I needed.

Kate is such a good stylist, she really listens, and is very talented. She is also great at making Zack feel at ease. He is shy and doesn't enjoy having his hair cut.
