I am always really happy with my hair, very skilled stylists, lovely atmosphere. Only comment I'd make which I've never fully understood is the pricing. I come in monthly and the figure is never the same? I can understand its more with a trim, but if it's just a root touch up or my 3 month keratin treatment why does it change? Apart from that, cannot take away what a well run salon it is, just always nice to know costs a bit better.

Attended Saks for a wash, cut and blow dry with Kay, who is a lovely friendly helpful stylist who I have used several times. Always happy to chat and advise on different style options and always does a great job!!

As usual, a lovely experience. Everyone is so professional and friendly and I enjoy my time with Lucy and Ellie. The cut and colour is just right, natural, easy to take care of and I get lots of compliments.

I just love the way that Nicola does my hair. It's a lovely experience every time and I've been soooooo happy with the cut, colour and styling. I leave Saks feeling like a new woman!

Maddie was just brilliant! She spent a lot of time listening to what I wanted/didn’t want and discussing options with me. She thoroughly understood what I needed and made an amazing job my new colour which I am thrilled with! Nothing was rushed or too much trouble - loved the experience today.

Lucy is amazing. My second visit highlighting my wild,; previously darkly dyed, curly, thick, lions mane to blend it in with my natural white roots took her hours. Throughout my time at the salon today she made me feel special, listened to my life story and her attention to detail was incredible.
Lucy talked me through the whole process, and I love how my hair looks now.

I have problems with my hair since going into menopause. It sheds a lot and at times my scalp can be so sensitive that it needs special care. I have found both Maddie and Rachel really good understanding my issues. Maddie is brilliant, listens to the issues, and always finds a way to make my hair look fantastic without irritating my scalp. I never feel a nuisance, they go above and beyond to make the experience as relaxing as possible. The products they use are a great quality, easily the best hairdressers in lincoln.

Liv highlighted my hair. She asked many questions so she knew exactly what I wanted and also made many suggestions on what colour to go for. She was friendly and easy to talk to and I will definitely go to her again.

Rachel has been cutting my hair for years. Wash and conditioner, & great head massage to start. Then cut exactly as I wished. Relaxed atmosphere with a bit of banter.

I started seeing Becky just over a year ago to get my nails done, she is so friendly and happy and it feels like I’m catching up with a friend whenever I see her. She always does an amazing job, I would never think about going anywhere else and would recommend her every time.

Jay was very kind and understanding today as was Ellie

Kay listened to my likes & dislikes regarding my hair. The finished cut took into everything we had spoke about . Kay paid attention to all the details & I would trust her to continue perfecting the style.

Love Maddie doing my hair. Not only is she a fabulous hairdresser she is so much fun and coming to see her is a pleasure. The last 2 years of her doing my hair has whizzed by and it’s so nice to have a reliable hairdresser who is always pleased to see you.

Lucy has been cutting and colouring my hair for two years now. Lucy is lovely and will always listen to what I want to do next. She interprets my pictures and ideas really well. Everyone is attentive and friendly. Brilliant service and friendly staff.
