I was very happy with my hair cut and style but not happy with the highlights, the top of my head was obviously unevenly coloured, I assumed by going to Toni and Guy I would get ideas and suggestions for highlights this is why I was happy to pay more and continue using the service however the highlights were one colour which was a yellowish blonde nothing special infact I've had better highlights with my local hairdresser so decided to continue using them

Chloe is perfect, I consider her a friend, immensely enjoy my visits and her skills are exemplary. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I won’t be asking for a repairing mask ever again - because of hospital treatments I’ve not been able to visit T&G as often as I like and thought a repairing mask would be a treat after weeks of neglect.
Never again - the mask turned my usually silky soft locks into a sticky, tangled mess. Plain soap & water for me in future!,

I had my wedding hair trial with Georgie and it was so pleasant and she was absolutely friendly and amazing! Would definitely recommend. I didnt feel forced to make a decision or worry about what the final outcome would look like.

Have been coming to Chloe on and off for almost 10 yrs, returning after a scalp trauma 12 mths ago. I value the gentle calmness that she brings to the experience - none of the hyperactive, exaggerated ‘bounce’ that comes with other stylists. She listens to your hair needs and responds accordingly. I always feel great after an hour in Chloe’s hands, particularly as my new style has increased my confidence and taken years off me.

Beth did an an amazing job on the hair colour. I had a few lighter coppery tinges due to the sun lightening it. She added some blue into the colour and it looks super glossy and has depth. Chloe did a fabulous job on the cut too.

I’ve been here 3 times now and Chloe has been my stylist each time. As someone who is quite particular about how they have their hair cut and is prone to bouncing round barber to barber trying to find the perfect one, I can say without question that this is the best Salon I’ve used had since moving to Lincolnshire a decade ago. You’d expect to pay a couple of quid extra when you opt for Toni & Guy but it really is insignificant when measuring it against the increase in service.
The gap in quality is significant, she was able to decipher exactly what I want even with a very poor description from myself and nails it every time. Super laid back atmosphere, you’re never kept waiting for a second and super friendly staff. I will not use another Salon. 5 STAR!

Very professional from start to finish, great haircut….certainly for me the best in years, definitely worth every penny.

I was impressed by the outcome of my haircut as I thought it fit me well. The staff were also incredibly polite.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and the stylist was extremely helpful and styled my hair exactly as I wanted it. She gave me important advice so thank you (I think I have the right stylist, if not, it was Beth)

The whole Hairdressing experience from entering the premises to leaving the premises was just how it should be. FANTASTIC!

Billy went over and above to make sure I was happy having been really disappointed with my last visit
My hair was normally cut by Will but my lady cut was his last day and it was really off and out of style to my normal cut
It will take at least two more cuts for Billy to get it back to what it was

Georgie took time to talk through options and her recommendations. Super end result!

I have been seeing Georgie since Jan23, first arrived with long dyed black hair I was trying to grow out. Georgie has been fantastic, given me the best advice, amazing haircuts while waiting for the black to grow out,supported me when I nearly gave in . Today I left the salon with usual fab cut n finish n no more dyed hair. Georgie is always friendly polite and encouraging. A real asset to the salon
