This was my first time at a proper salon, not having had a hair cut for the best part of four months I thought this would be the ideal opportunity to treat myself. What a difference this experience was to normal. The shop was fantastic very very clean all set up to keep everyone safe. Even before the first cut I was at ease and let the stylist do as she thought best and I couldn't be happier with the result. I was so impressed I've already booked in for my next cut - a first in my 40 years!

Thoroughly cleaned between clients, friendly staff. Plenty of social distancing. Great haircut.

In view of the current Covid-19 restictions, the staff members were clearly on the ball with hygiene standards. The process was well organised, restrictions adhered to and I felt safe and comfortable within the salon environment throughout. Thank you!

I travel with work, and change locations every 3 to 4 months. I have visited numerous Toni &Guy salons. Lincoln is, by far, the best. Helpful opening hours, nice atmosphere, skilled, attentive and conscientious staff. Highly recommended

As usual it was wonderful to get my haircut by Alex, she is a great stylist & lovely young woman !

Plied with limitless cups of really good coffee a grim February afternoon was turned into a superb pampered time. Best head massage I have ever had brilliant advice and execution from colourist Beth who took my hair from a very tired yellow blonde to a lovely natural tone which I love Georgie’s cut is probably the best I have ever had from initial consultation to the finished article Georgina got it spot on I am sooo happy. Added to this my afternoon was upbeat and fun plus I feel totally pampered! Thanks girls I will be back in 6 weeks and want the same again!

Went along to have a cut and blow dry with style director Billy Evan's. Very happy with my cut and style and I will definitely recommend to all my friends and family. At last I have found a salon that I can trust and I will now become a regular customer

I went in with the worst banding and patching blonde hair colour. A botched job by another hairdresser. Claire worked for hours to save my hair and get it all even. She's amazing, talented and had be relaxed the full way through. She worked on my hair for over three hours.

The team at Toni&Guy Lincoln are amazing and very friendly. I actually thought the price was VERY reasonable considering the amount of work, effort and skill involved!

Went in to the salon all stressed out and after speaking with Beth I feel loads better! She always makes me laugh, which is what is needed after a long week! Hair is always exactly how I want it, 10/10

As always, fantastic service and a hair cut that I love. I spent years trying to find a hair dresser that would give me those two things. I've been coming here for about 6 months now and went for a pretty drastic change. Georgie always seems to take my lose idea and turns it into something fab, always checking in with me throughout. Couldn't ask for better really.
