This is my first time paying a visit to a UK salon, always had doubts as I have dark Asian hair which can be tricky. Was recommended to go to PKai so booked for a balayage. Confidence was boosted during patch test with Elaine who took strand samples to test on before the real thing. On the day, I felt super supported and reassured. I felt treated with so much respect and care, you could totally tell she is a perfectionist! The end result was amazing, exactly like I asked. My hair was the perfect colour, I feel so sexy and confident. Most of all very pleased to have found a professional whom I can trust. Thank you Elaine!

It’s always a lovely experience when I have my hair done. Not only is Gemma an excellent stylist, she’s a lovely, warm, friendly person, as are all the girlies in the Market Deeping salon.

Had a lovely 1st visit to the salon today. Had hi lights and a lovely cut and I’m so happy with it. Gemma really knows her stuff and advised on the best way to cut and style. Will definitely be returning for my next appointment.

Masha did an amazing job reshaping the front of my hair, paying so much care and attention to every detail. I absolutely loved the finish—it exceeded my expectations.
