I'm not a fab of going to a salon but Luca puts me completely at ease. I tell her what I'd like doing and she knows what I mean and achieves it with expertise. Listening to her talk to other clients whilst in the salon - she knows hair.

A lovely hair cut as usual by Luca, always feel welcomed and the staff are friendly.

My hair appointment was a real treat and I came out feeling relaxed and with beautiful hair. Elaine understands my wishes and needs perfectly.

Masha did it a great job. I didn’t really know what I wanted and she helped me get a great cut.

I am not sure on the name of my stylist but I had to pick one for the review. I booked in for a toner and cut, my hair is slightly damaged from bleaching to get to exactly how I wanted it, I explained to my stylist and showed a photograph of my hair when it was first dyed and told her that was the colour I wanted she agreed however when the toner was removed it was a warm blonde that was not what I asked for I asked for light blonde that was clearly shown in the picture also

What to say? Words fail me every time I go and see my lovely Luca. Ok let's get this over with quickly. The fact that she is a great stylist is never in question. I could close my eyes and let her get on and it would be perfect as Luca knows her clientele, what suits them and what they like. Her conversation is always on our joint interests and never a nuisance (ie if I wanted peace and quiet).
