On Wednesday 2nd February I had the smoothing treatment. It took about two hours to do and should last three or four months. I washed my hair on Saturday (having let the hair have a couple of days to soak it all up) and it was a joy to dry. Such a treat to just have what I call normal hair ... no frizz and it feels so nice. Thank you very much Tahli. A great success. Nice coffee too.

Tahli knew I wanted to catch a bus home but she did my cut and finish in excellent time without cutting any corners! And I was refreshed by an excellent cup of coffee. Thank you.

My daughter went in requesting a certain cut but the hairdresser advised her how much work it would take so after discussing the settled on another style and she looks AMAZING!! My only gripe is I had a wash n blow dry and it cost £45!!

I don't understand people who just trust anyone with their hair. I've been with Browns and Lottie for a few years now - Lottie never ever fails to take my state of a hairdo and transform it! Also really lovely and easy conversations, it's just an absolute pleasure going for a mop chop at Browns. All the staff are totally lovely, they are a credit to the Browns organisation.
