This is my second time here with Daisy, got my hair cut short for the first time and loved it! Overall service was both professional and friendly. Daisy was really great, has given me heaps of tips and advice which has been super helpful for someone who's not a hair person! Love my new cut! :)

I had my first balayage treatment today with a shoulder length cut. I’m delighted with my hair, exactly what I wanted. Lottie was fantastic at talking through my options and what would work best for my hair type, extremely knowledgeable.

Every time I come to the salon I have a great experience. Today I had dye and highlights Daisy made me feel so relaxed and I had no worries I knew it would look great, even got a wow from my husband when I got home, so thankyou Daisy see you soon.

Staff are lovely and friendly, Lotty was very helpful and professional giving me advice on what type of cut would suit me and how to style it. Definitely recommend Browns Stamford.

As a long standing customer of Browns, my daughter now also has her hair cut there. After an appointment error, Lottie gave me a complimentary cut for my daughter which was very much appreciated. Excellent customer service and always a lovely experience at Browns.

I love going to see Lottie in Stamford. She does such a fabulous job and understands my hair completely. Never disappointed when I leave.

The lady who did my my hair was very knowledgeable and cut my hair well. However, I cannot afford the prices.

I wanted to achieve a more brown hair colour to my hair which is a light auburn colour. I made clear to the hair dresser on many occasions I definitely do not want my hair darker than it is, I just wanted more light brown to my hair. The hair dresser said this was fine and showed me a colour I liked. I asked if it would come out in this colour on my hair and the hair dresser assured me it would. However, over £65 later my hair is near enough black!! So upset with my experience and left with a colour I hate. The atmosphere was silent and awkward! Not even any music on in the saloon to break the silence! Awful experience and won’t be returning

Timings a bit all wrong today with 2hiurs to just get a t section and still not then started haircut due to other customer. Had to rush blow dry due to needing to get back to pick up child. Usually great service here. Pleased however with my haircut

I was very unhappy with a colour/cut that I had received at different salon so I chose this one to fix my issues has it had some amazing reviews, I came away feeling amazing, they fixed the colour and the style, the colleagues were very friendly very helpful, I cannot say enough nice things. I would highly recommend.

I had my hair coloured and cut today with Lottie and I love it. The service was fabulous as always. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Daisy gave me a superb cut and blow dry and finished with curling by using straighteners, amazing experience, can’t wait till next time!

My 11 year old daughter had her hair cut,blow dried & straightened at Browns this afternoon, both members of staff she dealt with were lovely & made her feel at ease.Daisy who cut her hair has done a fabulous job ,it looks lovely & it was very reasonably priced. Thank you.

Great head massage whilst having hair washed. And I mean great could have been there longer, enjoyed it.
When it was time to leave my hair had been blow dried and straightened and I left feeling and looking good.

Excellent service as ever. Hair shortened to perfection by thali sporting lovely curls herself (well done lottie). Excellent news on the browns app and I will be downloading later to rebook. Probably unlikely lottie’s mum will be a fan unfortunately. Still uses a paper diary. This type of technology is maybe a bridge too far for her.

Very happy with my cut, as usual. Have not had my hair coloured for a while and was very happy with the advice I was given and the result.

As always an excellent result. Lottie is fab! Lovely, engaging, empathetic and a fantastic stylist.

I have been gong to Browns,Stamford since it opened. Now Ii have retired and because I live locally, I am able to take full advantage of the standby service.

Olivia was very friendly, Professional and I was more than pleased with result of root colour,cut & finish. All booked up for visit No 3.

Always really professional and all the stylists have good knowledge of treatments and styles. The only negative is that the Stamford salon doesn't have the same yummy drinks menu as the Market Harborough salon!

Always look forward to my hair appointments here. Lottie is always happy to spend as much time as needed discussing what we decide she is going to do. She always does a brilliant job. The saloon is clean, warm and welcoming.

All staff are very warm and friendly, I usually have Lottie who is delightful and cut,colour and finish is perfect. She is talented,very friendly, listen to what you would like. Very professional and highly recommended.
